Annual Car Club Inspections. A Benefit to the club member.

In Victoria Australia the state authority Vicroads has requirements from car clubs for permitted (red plate) cars to be used on the road.
This Red Plate day video captures just one of many that are held during the year where each club members car is inspected every 12 months.
