Attack cancels are super confusing sometimes. I haven’t played chiv in a long time, probably 4 months now, but I remember fighting bee and him just cancel canceling every single thing and I’m like bruh 😂
On console if you cancel with X it’ll count your next attack as a regular feint and not let you morph it a third time. You MUST cancel by hitting block (& you can only do it once)- which uses stamina.
Yes but if you use attack cancel to cancel an attack and then perform abother attack, the game just registers that as a regular feint & won’t let you morph a third time. We can attack cancel a bunch of attacks super fast like PC can Source - 2500+ controller hours
I have binded alternate attacks on my mouse side buttons, and shift use alt slash, I can't find a free quick button for cancel, I hate alt can't use it. Also the cancels looks less useful on slower weapons and in TO modes, great video as always ❤
@@Nuggz1 an interesting bind I have is "E" I rebinded it to "C" and I use "E" for throwing, also I rebinded horse sprint to shift, but I needed to use game ini files to find it
At least you have more than ten buttons you can press😂 I'm stuck with a controller, the only real problem you're gonna have is in duels but with TO you're not gonna encounter the majority of the complicated attacks because there's too many other players to do that kinda stuff anyway

I just have cancel bound to mouse button and if I want to alt stab I don't have an issue using the alt key

@Lossaccepted too much key binding for me, the defaults are fine, just need to bind some alt keys and attack cancel to the mouse.

I bound attack cancel and block BOTH to right mouse button and it works fine
