It's so much harder to deal with when it's your own dog, you just become a grieving and emotional wreck , at least Noel has the best staff who did what needed to be done to save his baby.
The bond between humans and dogs is one 30000 years old. No wonder they are so close to us
I have always had so much respect for Noel, and it just increased tenfold. No one can imagine how he is feeling. He built that entire practice with state of the art equipment to save animals. I don't know how anyone could handle it if she didn't make it. We tend to think of Noel as almost God-like because of his exceptional hard work and ethics for any animal he cares for. We got to see him as a human during this. Makes the man that much more special in our hearts. They will both in my prayers.
This man really is the master vet, how lucky these people are to work under him. If my pet ever needed help Noel is the man I want to see.
I was crying with him. We lost one of our very dogs the same way. I pray his little dog recovers. He is so loved. 🙏❤️
I have seen Dr. Fitzpatrick doing miracles for other peoples dogs, (on television) but if it comes to your own dog, then it get really emotional. I am so glad that she is recovering well and that she will recover fully in time. The team did a wonderful job. Congratulations, because it could have been much worse.
This broke my heart. Our pets are our family. When they hurt, we hurt. I lost my 18 year old cat to kidney failure last year. I was heartbroken. I am so glad that you and your wonderful team were able to save Keira.
I was crying. That was heartbreaking. He was brave to do the surgery himself.

I knew Kiera pulled through but still got teary eyed watching this. Well done to the team supporting Noel, and all my best to Noel and Kiera.
I may need back surgery in the future but given the choice I would choose Noel to do it I'd trust him 100%

He believes in one medication for all ,hunan and animal's but the gov will not work with him they say it will cost to much

Can’t imagine how Noel managed to compartmentalise his brain and to successfully operate without the overriding impact of huge emotion. Well done to Noel and to Kira for both their determination and will power to be there for each other!

You know how late Noel works. He would have never expected any danger to himself or Kyra because there wouldn’t be many people around.
Man, Noel was so pale and haggard the night it happened.

Oh,how sad it was watching Noal break down. His love for his tiny baby was so high that he was unable to help her. I think he felt a lot of guilt along with his heartache. I know that feeling. My daughter shot and killed herself and I felt that way because I wasn't there for her because I have been in a nursing home for 6 years. So it was a wracking pain. Sobbing uncontrolably. I am so glad his team was there to take care of her at that horrible time.
I feel for people who are going through grief and heartache. Noah is a dedicated veterinarian who goes far beyond what his body and mind can handle at times. His whole life seems to revolve around the animals. So much that he gets little sleep.
Whoever gave a like must understand it.

Noel is literally an angel, he's so wonderful and he's the only person I've seen that has the same mindset as me when it comes to pets being family. Nobody seems to understand how much love we really do have for them, they're our children, our best friend, our soul mate. Bless him. You're a fantastic person Noel 💜

Dear Noel. One of the best men ever. Bless him and all his fur babies and all the people and animals he works miracles on. I binge watched the Supervet for months before I had my own knees replaced, gaining courage from seeing how Noel's animal patients get through surgery. I owe him and his patients big time. Love you, Noel and Keira.

This was a heartwrenching experience. The bond between the vet and his dog showed us the core of his compassion. The team are exceptional. My thoughts go out to Kira and his beloved owner.

Border terriers have a special place in my heart. As a six year old child I spent time in Scotland, and the house dog was Towser, a border terrier. I am 77 and can recall him in detail.
My puppy got hit by a car 2 days ago i thought my life was over in front of my eyes but he is on the mend and so happy to be home split second and it happend heart breaking

Oh I can feel his pain...when it is your own beloved pet it's only raw feelings and pain. I have been there myself when my beloved pets died! I am still in grief and sorrow and my tears are rolling down my face when i watched this...
I think this actually happened a while ago (I feel like I saw it on the show, on TV, a while ago, but am not sure). I wish there was a later update on how she's doing now. Noel - The Supervet is such an amazing Vet and human being. He's probably the GOAT of Vets. ❤️❤️❤️

I've just started watching this video , but I hope all goes well , I love this vet and his work this is'nt fair for anyone . I just had our 11 yr little dog down last week , I know how he's feeling .

I’m so sorry sir. I’ve watched your shows many many times and I am absolutely astounded at what you have created. And I’m so sorry about your pet we love them and I know when somebody says it’s a part of the family it’s not just a part it’s a member of the family it’s like a mother or brother a father and we love them with all our hearts. It was announced today (9 sept 21) that sadly the little dog died
This makes me brust on tears and makes me remember my passed away beloved dog. He had renal, ureteral and bladder stones. He undergo the surgery but unfortunatelly God only gives us one more year before his kidneys became malfunction. He died because of severe metabolic acidosis and respiratoric because of acute renal failure. Nothing i could do because my Country doesn't have haemodialysis machine for dogs. I'm a doctor myself and it's really unbearable to see my dog went through all of this.

Witnessing your beloved older pet, who you've protected and cared for over a decade is so difficult, but has to be especially hard for this vet who might blame himself (it was an accident and wasn't his fault -- the dog acted like a dog). Please keep us updated.

You can say what you like but seeing the vet reduced to a rag who didn't know what to do, it really had an effect on me ... in other videos I've seen about him, he's always been in one piece, even when the situation was not easy ... Seeing him in pieces, literally for his dog, is traumatizing.
That episode made me cry.We can see how Noël likes animals , i love this men ,he is like an "angel" for our pet. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Sadly Keira passed away on September 2021. At least the little one is now free from pain and suffering. !!

Amazing that this sweet, seriior dog is recovering and likely due to the expertise of his traumatized dad and vet. So happy to see little poopy doing better.

There is a good reason why doctors are not allowed to treat ther or family members Noah’s own admission that he was unable to make clear decisions regarding his own dog it’s a credit to his crew that they could still effect the out come they do she was in the best place at that time he had the trained coworkers and the right equipment to understand her injuries very fewvets can use a CAT scanner and the information it gave them all would have helped his desision making
Much better than having to rely on X-rays and ultrasound

I helped a cat that got hit by a quad bike it happened in front off me I work with animals and had my response bag with me I managed to get it stabilised for vet it's now doing OK

I thought my younger girl may have been a vet. She adored her pets and wasn’t interested in dolls. I too wanted to be a vet 70 years ago. However you had to go to Australia and at 16 and in NZ I was not emotionally mature enough. However we

Just finished reading his first book.. unbelievable person! So clever, his story from childhood to becoming this super vet is extraordinary!
I look at him and think who loves and looks after him. He had to operate on his cat to it had a tumour
What a sweet and wonderful man. Tears were streaming from my eyes, and I don't even know him or his sweet little dog.
Guess it was traumatic for me as I witnessed an asswipe neighbor deliberately run over one of the best dogs I ever had, a Border collie cross. This was at least fifty years ago and I still despise him for what he did. Thankfully, he's dead now. He died of diabetes after both legs were amputated, blindness,, and renal failure. Its really hard for me not to rejoice in the way he suffered before passing.I know the Bible says we are to forgive those who wrong us, but deliberately running over a man's dog is a bit more than I can forgive at present. May God forgive me.

Please drop the supervet. You love your fur baby to the point of pain and at that you are just like anyone suffering. But boy the pain is so great when my fur baby tears flowed from my eye and I couldn't stop them. I cried even when I help dig her grave. So honey you are really are like the rest at love 💕.

I totally understand that love. Im looking at my 8 yr old furbaby, all 4 of her legs are failing, no one knows why. But we wont give up. As long as she wants to keep going. My loyal loving sweet girl.🙏🙏🙏
