Will CP3 give the Warriors the BEST bench in the league?
Maybe, not 100% sure tho, but having CP3 will be awesome
No
No
But close
Given his age, I'm not sure. But he has a high IQ, skilled with the ball, and possesses leadership skills, I think he can make the bench competitive.
If these two win a ring together I believe this will speak volumes of Steph
@@sanderseymour2495 cp3 is the one who tries to win rings for others lol. hes been the best player on every team hes been on except for last year which was more likely than not an off year, the year right before he was 2nd in mvp odds for half the season, the year before that he led a 33 wins suns team with no other roster changes to the finals, and the year before that he took a lottery projected thunder team to 7 games with prime harden and westbrook. cp3 is a winning player whereas curry has had a perfect team and perfect coaching staff for years; now that the warriors dynasty is looking shaky, if cp3 becomes the piece that takes them over the hump for their 5th ring I think it says a lot more about his legacy as a winning player who can do it all in any role
Why it’s a team sport
@@AnishBhethanabotlasorry but your forgetting about harden in 2018-2019 he was definitely better than cp3. You really could say 2017-2018 bcuz harden averaged 36 but in the playoffs cp3 was better imo
@@AnishBhethanabotla you can't call someone a winning player when they've never won lmfaooo
Facts
Man Steph curry having Chris Paul play twister after that ankle breaker will always be iconic 😂
Just like kd carrying curry huh????lol😂
@benjaminkuk1029 carrying curry huh? Where's kd in few years after not playing on the warriors lol they just got a chip on last season🤡
@@benjaminkuk1029 why did kd join the warriors? Because they can't beat warriors on that year lol your opinion is outdated now and read it again without crying
@@benjaminkuk1029 KD: 2 rings ( 2 with steph)
Steph: 4 rings ( 2 with KD)
Seems more like Steph carried KD to me, KD never got a ring without him
@@benjaminkuk1029bro kd could not win a ring without Steph lol
Cp3 as a warriors is mind-boggling. Can't wait to see what he can do for the dubs!
i'm really excited i disliked him for years because he was a threat especially on houston so this will be cool to see how they put him into the rotation
It is massively tough to accept CP as a Warrior.
For a hater
fan*
Trash pov smh 😂😂
YESSSS
Nahh, they wouldnt acquire cp3 without curry, green, and klay's consent.
Curry at camp learning from Bron and CP gives the same vibes as Jiraiya training young Pain 😂
haha yeah and later curry be cookin bron and cp back to back
Golden comment lol
people think of them as enemies who don't see eye to eye
but these two are great friends off the court
CP used to be Steph's mentor when he first came into the league and they often trained together
that's what literally the youtube guy just said
@@pickpocketer8959 but people just dont understand that they used to work out together and that they often trained together making them good friends off the court.
It’s kind of like how at school you will play a 5v5 and you will trash talk to the other team but at the end we’re all just friends.
I am just going to wait till summer's done to catch up trade news. CP3 to Warrior, Draymond talking to Portland for joining Dame, Harden meeting up with Clippers, Kyrie rejoin KD in Phoenix rumor. Its getting a bit much.
dray aint goin anywhere man. thats a fax
He just signed for 4 years 100 million
Who asked hahahhahahahahahaaggaha
yeah they talked to teams but no movement, harden only one who might be moved
For us Dub's fans it's always been fun to see CP3 as a villain because he's been on so many great teams that stood in our way (Clips, Rockets and Suns), however his skill, professionalism and will to win should never be questioned so if he stays healthy there's no reason why he can't drastically improve the 2nd unit which was our glaring weakness during the playoffs. For all his youth, skill and scary potential to be even better than he was duriing the championship run, Poole is mentally feeble, a traffic cone on defence and wasn't truly committed after Dray's punch. It sucks that it wasn't his fault even though it's dumb and disrespectful to be sledging a tough 4 time champ, and it'll really hurt if he sorts his issues out to flourish as a starter in DC (and I hope he does), but after Dray's consistent excellence last season trading Poole was the right choice IMO. It remains to be seen if CP will work out but I'll be surprised if him and Dray don't make it work, especially with the Splash bros playing peacemakers, assuming Dray doesn't leave.
2nd unit wasn’t the issue. Chemistry of the team was the problem.
@@adgee5401 Correct but mostly chemistry of the 2nd unit.
As a Warrior fan and seeing what CP3 can do when healthy he can bring a starter lineup to a bench which I’ve said on plenty of vids…Warriors makin 2 Starting lineups compared to other teams with just a bench so hope everyone ready to watch us get that 96 bull record with tha chip this tyme 🫡🙏🏼👌🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love you hoop reports ❤
The only thing that could go wrong is draymond green and cp3 relationship and cp3 getting injured
First KD, now CP3, looks like Dub Nation is the place to go if you want a ring💍 I’ll never forget the time Steph booked the court to practice & CP3 kicked Steph off the court. 100% sure Steph hasn’t forgotten Steph has all the power now!💪🏼😂🙌🏼 & now he needs Steph to get a ring💍😂🤣 #Checkmate
I hope chris Paul live up to the nickname “cp3” by 3 peating with golden state 🏆🏆🏆
chances are they will do it in 2024 and if they add some big and coach kerr gave chance to young guns then its over for the leauge
I like this trade. CP3 can run any offence plus he doesn't turn the ball over, which JP did a tonne.
He will be great running the 2nd unit and is good backup if Steph happens to get hurt. 🤞
We still need someone who can score consistently off the benhc
@@DillonBRICKS i think moody and kuminga can be those types of players with cp3 mentoring them
@@JP-pp2tn Absolutely. CP3 can get anyone the ball. Kuminga is about to get so many dunks of the roll.
As a warriors fan I care what is gonna happen to them as a team. Which leads me to say, as a team they are also getting (physically) old. So for me it’s hard to except CP3 as a warrior. Adding CP3 is not going to help the situation anymore. But of course I could be wrong, maybe it’s a blessing in disguise.
I'm excited about this! Gotta respect both these guys.
I dont like the cp3 trade but hey im excited to see how all this going to play out once the season starts.
It would be pretty awesome to see CP3 finally get a ring because he joined the Warriors. I've always felt like he gets criticized way too much, and also feel like the Warriors have never gotten the credit they deserve for starting a dynasty in the middle of this era with Lebron and so many other great players. It will be poetic justice if they can pull it off.
I love that clip of the chef cooking cp3 with that crossover. And barnes left that crime smiling really quick 🤣🤣🤣
I think a team having a battery of 3 guards is intriguing. Just as a concept where I see all three being a little bit unfit to be on the same court. As with Boston having Smart and Brogdon and White sharing the same court at the same time.
But with one of them aging. It looks just fine on paper. With the Celtics. It was self evident Smart had to be moved. Or somebody depending on your true perspective.
I love it, the trade no one saw coming, but GSW needs a boss to run the floor when Steph is on the bench, welcome Chris Paul.
it is great add on to the team as when 3pts isnt working, or when steph is on bench. CP can do damage with his lethal mid range. i hope next season will be warriors. let's get one more!!
Banger video
Holy cow this is gonna be amazing to see. Two mature players who know how to handle the ball and shoot. This is gonna be great.
So happy CP is with us now
Steph and dreymond is like warrior of light and warrior of shadow
Imagine if Chris Paul will become a coach . That's a game changer to make him mentoring the young guys at near retirement.
I mean, it would be ABSOLUTELY crazy if they used Chris to get some wins under their belt, trade him before deadline, and then win a championship. CP3 would have attributed to their win without getting a ring, it would be the ultimate BM.
Both men of God. Can’t wait to cheer them on, even as a Laker fan.
The intro is 🔥🔥😂😂
The warriors are going to get better I have faith
More like and jealous hater!
@@user-lf6sw2pu6m what are you talking about
It's wierd but I like it bc every team needs an agitator and Drey has a target on his back with refs bc of all his antics in past. CP is a great agitator with a high IQ, I can see him coming off the bench to give Steph a rest and during that time getting under the skin of the opposition's bench and drawing plenty of fouls. Also late game his cool head will find curry or Thompson in the right spot, not to mention he will bring lob city and player like Kuminga will get mad dunks off him.
I wanna see the 1v1s that they do in practice
Stepped on the foot, y’all will do anything for your favorite players to have a highlight reel. Literally can slow it down and see.
CP to the warriors might actually work. At this point of his career, he could come off the bench and do what he do best and that is to facilitate others to score. With the young warriors bench they could benefit a lot from this
Might actually work? This is I don't like about someone who does not know CP3. CP3 made it work every single time!
He may not get to push through to that ring but he made everything work from the get go.
A concrete example is when everybody (I mean everybody everybody everyone) say when he got traded with westbrook, Thunder gets better and Houston got worst.
@@jccapistrano13 I'm not discrediting CP. What I'm thinking is that CP is the last person the warriors needed in the first place. We all know they need a big man for years. But I see why they chose to go with CP because of what I've mentioned above
Let's say he made them better, but it doesn't actually solve their problem.
@@LloydZyanRUy Nah they needed leadership in that lockeroom after the whole draymond and poole thing that crippled their entire season. Poole was a turnover machine and didn't show up in the playoffs. CP3 is exactly who the warriors need despite his age if they can manage his minutes it will be a huge for them so he's healthy during the playoffs. He's a veteran with great leadership those younger warriors will benefit a lot from his presence.
@@LloydZyanRUy It actually will resolve a huge problem they've had anytime Curry has gone to the bench the 2nd unit is -30 in pts plus poole is a turnover machine so you don't know what you're talking about. I will agree that they need to pickup a big man but getting rid of poole resolves their biggest issue in that locker room for them.
If he gets a ring with Curry... Man oh man
It still blows my mind that cp3 is a warrior now knowing their history
“…Greatest point guard of all time” Magic has left the chat
I hope this fued is just another misunderstanding. And one that I hope doesn't turn into get blown into something serious that may affect the warriors as a whole.
#strengthinnumbers #2024champs
4:47 daayum I'm steal an add that to my arsenal 😭😭
Let’s be real CP3 and Harden had the Warriors beat until CP3 got injured in 2018, but no doubt they’ve had some great battles together
My favorite part of the CP3 shimmy is how Curry was grinning the entire time, knowing he just got scorched. GOAT recognizes GOAT.
ENEMIES BECAME FRIENDS!!! WHAT A TRUE TO LIFE GREAT STORY!!!
Iguodala at 7:28.... classic 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
5:00 is that Neill Degrasse Tyson?
No mention of when cp kicked curry off the court before gm6 2019?
That exchange with Kerr is wild
More like 'The well and often told story between Steph Curry & Chris Paul'.
Always liked cp3 but that Kobe and cp3 trade was go put Kobe up for his 6th ring or 7th but a old cp3 on a GSW aging team feels different
Kobe was aging at that point, and there was still the Spurs and GSW. They would had lacked the size.
It’s kind hard to accept that cp is now a warrior but he will probably be one the of best bench players
i prefer steph coming off the bemch to cook with the second unit
Can you make a 2024 nba prediction❤
If Chris get a ring with the Warriors.
The Curry era of the Warriors will be officially be considered a bus
Sure pure talent is important, but not as important as chemistry on the court. In Curry, Paul, Thompson, Looney, Wiggins and maybe Green if he returns, the Dubs will have a team with the highest basketball IQ in the league and over the course of a season and playoffs, it's team chemistry actuated by team IQ that seals the deal.
You can have all the IQ, all the chemistry and all that in experience, father time is undefeated and the younger future stars of the league, it's their era now.
Last season felt like the passing of the torch from the previous era to the new
@@blowc1612 Agreed, but if you can't defeat Father Time, you can surely postpone his effect. With load management, modern nutrition, medicine and exercise physiology, players like Curry, Paul, Green and Thompson are not seriously slowed down until around age 38-40. They can compete with younger, less playoff-tested athletes who may have all the talent in the world, but will have to learn how to survive a super fast and physical game, a long season and then the hardass environment of the playoffs. My concern is that other teams are learning the Warriors' way of playing, which has revolutionized the game, not their youth. A trade for a talented, two-way big man - especially to replace Green - makes the Dubs a lock for another championship. Talent, IQ, best coaching and an unbeatable system means that the dynasty is still in operation, and Father Time can take a Time Out.
@@semigeniusreally8988 GSW already had a hard time against the inexperience Kings, no way they beating them again with or without Chris Paul. He has been injury prone his whole career, it isn't changing when he got older. Curry, Green, Klay all also starting to play fewer games. It's a new era, last season was the previous era last push.
This is an experiment worth trying. Even at age 38, CP3 can run the offense, he's smart, he's skilled, he hustles. He's a competitor of the first rank.
He made Blake Griffin look good. Blake without CP3 hasn't been much of a factor in this league.
But afding CP3 won't get the Dubs a title by itself. The Dubs will need to get lucky with veteran minimum signings to have a shot.
Hi w vid
everything needs to be left on the floor, after the game you can still be friends.
Got dammit paul! you beat me to it! "KD on his phone watching the trade"
Dont forget that State farm commercial.
Hope CP3 wins a ring this upcoming season with the warriors.
They broke each other ankles. Should’ve put cp crossover up instead of a 3 smh
If I'm Steve Kerr, first footage we are reviewing is CP3 giving me a fake laugh.
The only people that pit cp3 and curry against each other are fanboys.
What i would like to know is, will cp3 be the mext punching bag for draymond
Warriors should benefit from CP3's skill set and experience with Steve's guidance.
‘This ain’t 2014 no mo’
hey yo
CP3 is cursed ,man!! cmonn
Warriors need some more size to go with CP3
Sorry if this has already been said but if not here goes……

CP doing the little curry shuffle during the plqyoffs right in currys face always stuck out to me. Ended up losing that series but when they had the lead god his ego took over
Chris Paul never won because he thinks he gets advantage and worry about doing little things to get little advantage in a game, instead of just playing the game.
draymond the ultimate instigator

what was that "medium rare" thing about pausing to Curry's image?? 😂
Since CP3 and Steph are on the same team, is CP3 going to kick Steph off the court? so CP3 can practice his shooting?
You ain't kicking the face of the franchise.
the nba did paul dirty when that Kobe linkup trade didn't happen. I'm glad this is happening

Don’t hate the player hate the game
When ur idols become your rivals😅
Steph ain't a member of that banana boat gang back when they were playing in TeamUSA. Wasn't a part of that "in" crowd. Fast forward a few years later... Steph still not a member of that banana boat gang, BUT a member of that smaller 4 championship ring club. Facts.
Idols become your rivals
gsw was the last team I expected chris paul to join in his whole career 😭
Only knock I got on CP3 is he is a bit annoying. But from a pure bball standpoint, one of the best. No doubt. I can see him being a great mentor to kuminga moody and all the new picks, on the second unit.
Just gotta keep his play time limited. Dubs don't need him to carry for the season, just when Curry needs a breather 🤷🏽♂️
Maybe the narrative can be, "We made that disrespectful opponent help us win a title as our off-the-bench b!tch."
“Kick me off the court again boi”
I don’t understand why the story always wants to show how dislike of each other. Come on, those players are on the highest level of competition. Their mind set need to be extremely strong. Giving comment is easy, but people don’t understand how difficult of the professional level. 😅
Most are on the professional level. Most aren't dirty players (CP3) who screw the opponent out of the practice gym. That's... unprofessional.
im here for cp
7:29 haha blossom alright 🤣 look at Iggy 👀
Also the Family Feud Episode: czcams.com/video/A4HABENqwX0/video.html and this cross over through CP3's hands: czcams.com/video/NudiJUlxb10/video.html
Cp definitely envious of steph
Here is thing about CP3, in my opinion, he is still talented. Although age is catching up with him, and at this time in his career (and truthfully if he truly ever was) it is clearly obvious he can’t be considered a franchise player. CP3 has to accept he is officially now a role player, even if talent wise he gave off the franchise tag vibes. When you combine the fact that if he is asked to put in heavy minutes during a full 82 game season, plus playoffs. He is shown that you can expect him to be nursing an injury (or two), flat not being available come playoff time, or disappearing. Which is usually when his talent is needed the most.
The ONLY way it will work in Golden State is to bring him in off the bench to run with the second team. He can facilitate that unit, and help the younger guys get better, and secure the offensive possessions. You have a guy that Kerr can trust (when not hurt) to spell Steph, and when games call for it can run Point allowing Steph to even run the 2 guard while spelling Klay. However, he has to accept this role, for it to work. The hardest thing for aging athletes is knowing when, and accepting when, you aren’t the top dog anymore. When you’re talented, yet injury prone, you have to adapt to be beneficial and available for your team! CP3’s best and possibly last chance to contribute to a championship team is with the Warriors. Anywhere else he will be asked to do too much, and the results are going to be the same, because he is No longer a franchise player, and some would argue just never was. His career speaks for itself and pretty much backs up that statement.
Chris Paul was always a co-star pretending to be a franchise player.
@@blowc1612 When all said and done I definitely agree with that statement. I mean it’s really hard to argue against that point, with the history of his career till this point.
@@danielwalker4881 you need an actual main guy to win chips 99% of the time. There's about 5 in a decade. The future main guys in this decade going to be Jokic, Giannis, Wemby, and Fox. Jokic Giannis and Fox got their co-stars.
Steph even crushed him on Family Feud too.
Warriors CZcams is milking tf out of the content and viewership this team can offer 🤣 and I’m here for it
"idk what happened in 2014" bro thats the last year he was ringless like you 😂😂
cp3 last effort to get a ring is to join a dynasty
Let get your statement checked.
1. Warriors is not a dynasty anymore.
2. It is the league prevented CP3 from joining Kobe Lakers yet "last effort"? CP3 does not need a ring, he deserve a ring and he is HOF with/out it.
@@jccapistrano13who said their no more dynasty 🤡
Let's not act like CP3 is a scrub. Dude was one of the best point guard in the league for a LONG time and could easily have won 3 rings between the Clips and Rockets. He's very smart and will figure out the situation with Draymond given we sign him soon. Let's be hopeful
This team is going to be u stoppable in 2024
Don’t forget the kick me off the court again boi
