A camo Horus strap on that watch. Would look epic.
When my late father was 50 my late mother bought him a seamaster, so when I was 50 in 2019 I bought myself a seamaster, this seamaster .....
Great story! 👍
This is the way.
That’s a cool story 👍🏼 I got mine for my 50th to after looking at them in shop windows for 25 years.
I bought one today for my 50th birthday it’s my first expensive watch. I wanted a Rolex sub but couldn’t get one, on the plus side I can afford to go on a nice trip with the money I saved. I bought the blue one.
Me too..
I've been counting down the seconds until this release.
Thanks Corey 👍🏻
Were you plus or minus a few? ;D
@@elliotmarsh Nicely done
Counting coaxial-ly?
Had mine for a couple of years now and wear it almost everyday. Its an awesome watch with so many layers of interest and I hope you'll continue to enjoy it for some time to come. Keep up the great content!
Happy you got to “bond” with your watch 😎
Hahaha
I’ve been waiting for this one and it didn’t disappoint. Great job, fantastic review!
Thanks a lot Ryan. This one was a massive project. But good fun.
Hi Adrian, i'am glad you mentioned the non tapering of the braclet, most reviewers don't mention this, I've always thought a braclet looks more elegant, and more comfortable at the clasp end being narrower due to this, It would be nice to see Omega do this in the future.
Got this watch in this colour about 4 months ago for exactly the same reasons you did. I needed a watch to take me through life, get some scratches and come with me anywhere without me having to think about it. That's what it's all about
Brilliant as always Ade!!! Thanks for being their for us and helping us get through all this with great content. Very much appreciated.
The shot at 3:13 is awesome. This is why we love your videos - great cinematography and honest views expressed. Keep it up my sir.
Thanks so much Rayan. I really enjoyed shooting this one. 👍🏻
I had this watch with the black dial and yellow gold accents, absolutely loved it. The only reason I sold it was to purchase a speedmaster racing. It has the Metas certified 9900 movement which is very similar but with a chronograph. Omega's master chronometer movements are I think some of the best in the industry. And everytime I look at maybe getting a rolex, or Panerai, or even another Omega... I look at this watch and think that I probably wont get anything better for a very long time. I take this thing mountain biking, wear it all day, to the gym, you name it. I just don't swim with it but I could if I were so inclined. Great video of your white dialed version!
I'm aware that I am pretty late to comment but just wanted to make two points here -
1) this is an awesome video. The content is great as always, but what makes this video stand out is fact that the 'scenery', i.e. the color of the table, of the wall, even Adrian's outfit, and the font of the description perfectly match the design and color palette of this watch. Pretty subtle, but very well done. Kudos!
2) I believe this iteration of the Seamaster is sufficiently compelling to pull me over. Normally, I abhor decorative designs, details that are not functional, and fancy styling without functional background. But there is something about this watch that seems to make it sober and exuberant at the same time ... whoever designed this - great job!
I've had the black dial version of this for 2 years and I just learned from your video that it has a diver's extension. This is going to be so useful on all of my deep sea dives that I'm always doing.
Great review Adrian! I just got this for my 40th birthday and absolutely love it! I softened up those rough edges on the clasp area with a burgeon stick and now is very comfortable.
Also looks amazing on Zealande black rubber strap that I had got to go along with it. Very happy I decided to go with the white dial instead of my usuall black choice.
I was looking forward to this! I bought the exact same on the 2/1/2020, im in love with it.
Now that's the quality content I'm here for. Great job, Adrian. Much love for this Seamaster!
Right back on track, Adrian. Great content here and AMAZING photography / macros. Looking forward to the "behind the scenes" on this. Loved the underwater / bubbly bits haha. The Pelagos review is probably still my favorite, but this one is right up there. Cheers!
This is a beautiful piece! Love that white dial! Showcased very well with your videography!
These shots are SICK!! Incredible footage 🔥Agree with you on the high contrast, awesome dial against the bezel- I love it!
Thanks a lot Beth 🙌🏻
Brilliant video and shots, 100% worth the time. Watching the video quality keep climbing in these bigger videos is great. Keep it up Adrian!
You sold it to me. Your passion, enthusiasm is infectious.
Amazing how different we feel about stuff. I love that strap fits like a glove. Every watch nut needs a sea master of some description
I bought a blue smp300 when it first released at the end of 2018. Since then I’ve also acquired a black bay 58, a datejust 41 on jubilee, and a 41mm submariner. I still find myself wearing the smp300 the most, especially after putting it on an Aqua terra rubber strap. The details on the dial are just phenomenal. Incredible watch and the best in my collection IMO.
How did you manage to put it on an Aqua Terra strap?
Do you wear it in your Porsche Carerra?
@@sshah2545 yes, and I make sure to take a photo of it with the steering wheel in the frame so that all online will know that I am a man with enough disposable income to afford these goods.
@@harshamanjunath3190 with a curved spring bar, you can buy them from Amazon.
@@hobear637 lol, if you’re not being sarcastical, I’d believe it too. Nothing about that comment would surprise me
Great video! Just got this watch today (white dial, bracelet -- but ordered a rubber strap for a beach trip this summer). Absolutely love the watch. Was concerned about the bracelet after watching this and a few videos, but honestly once I had it adjusted to fit my wrist it's great (taper or no taper). Droops a bit as I like (you as well), but no discomfort with the clasp, etc. What an amazing watch, unique design, build quality, and more. Way to go Omega!
Absolutely love my white SMP300. Easily my most worn watch of 2020. Great work with the fishtank photography in this one!
That underwater slow-mo shot was awesome!!
Thanks so much John. It took 2 days to get that 🤣
„This bracelet doesn’t taper!“
➡️Recommends NATOs that also don’t taper 😂
Haha. Very good point. But to be fair, nato straps are much more soft and flexible than the steel bracelet.
kinda obligatory since the guy sells Nato straps so he'd push hard for the straps regardless.
And on top he forgot to mention the rubber strap which tapers and makes the watch looks more nicer than a Nato
I have this watch and have found the bracelet to be extremely comfortable. The clasp actually balances the weight of the watch quite will. My Rolex bracelets, while tapered, are only comfortable because the watch itself is lighter. I may buy a silicone Omega strap for the summer but, the bracelet is so beautiful that I hate the idea of swapping it out for a strap.
@@majedalessa8376 conveniently forgets it :P
I must say-- your B roll in this video is absolutely fantastic! It is a testament to the quality of the watch and the quality of your content. First time viewer and I'm very impressed. The SeaMaster is an incredibly beautiful piece and I'm looking forward to the day that I can own one. Thank you for the video.
Thanks so much Gabriel. I really tried hard for this video. I wanted to do the watch justice. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻
Not a fan of this watch but i respect all your work you put into these videos. Im following you basically from the beginning and while i sometimes miss those old videos you did on the streets of London the quality of these videos became crazy good. Very happy for you. You deserve all the attention you can get!
Glad you mentioned the bezel lume! No one else seems to complain about the lack of it on high end watches. The Pelagos some Blancpains are the only luxury watches I can think of that have it. Otherwise it's seems to be mainly micro brand thing
I didn’t know that I wanted this watch until I had it in my hands. I thought I hated the skeleton hands, ended up loving them. I thought I hated the bracelet, actually love it. I wear it tighter like you said. There is definitely something special about this watch and I’m really interested to see how it holds up over time.
I've heard so many comments that the bracelet is uncomfortable for all day wear and also the edges are sharp. How do you find it?
@@fendushi I wear it fairly snug and have had no issue with sharp edges. I think it’s very comfortable for all day wear. I think the fact that the bracelet doesn’t taper throws some people off. But for me that issue is only aesthetic bc I don’t find it affects the way the watch wears. It’s a fairly thick 42 mm watch so some may find it beefy but for me it’s great. The clasp is great too. Large but very well made.
Wasn’t a fan of skeleton hands but on the black wave dial theme it works! .. so I got one 😊
I just bought the blue bezel with gray dial one for my dad's birthday after some months of documentation and online searching. But to hear your seal of approval on this choice at this price point...just....thank you! Cheers!
Hey Adrian, your review convinced me to pull the financial plug and get this exact watch…and I love it. I got it on the bracelet and separately purchased the black strap (which tapers and has an absolutely gorgeous buckle…I know, I’m geeking out about a buckle) and the strap is a meticulously designed work of art which highlights the lines of the case. But you probably have heard this already from lots of people. Thanks so much for your work. You’ve taught me a lot (and cost me a lot of money)!
This is some seriously good content. Keep up the fantastic work
Thanks a lot Kerr.
Omega's movements are really the bee's knees. Well done, Adrian. 👍
Very nice watch with impressive specifications. Nice video Adrian, which I enjoyed watching. It’s apparent that you put a ton of work into this production. It definitely shows. Great job!...Ed
The videography in this episode is superb.
Great geek out! Totally enjoyed this Adrian.
Thanks a lot Reed.
"Eat magnets for breakfast", Love it!
Haha. Glad you don’t mind the silly jokes. 👍🏻
Ps never eat magnets horrific consequences
Another point to the Omega, you just wear it! Everyone who has a MacBook knows how the screen gets glue to the keyboard when you close the laptop.... I put yesterday a stainless steel glass on top and it just glued itself to the laptop it's incredible how much of a magnet it is!!! But the Seamaster it just can take it all day long!
Next level underwater videography. Well done!
Thanks a lot Brandon.
Well worth the wait! And we have been waiting! Definitely one of your best productions. Loved the water shots. What a fantastic kick arse watch 👌👌
Really well put together Adrian, I can see your true geeking coming out too just as we all have in us too. Keep up the good work.
been looking forward to this!! :P
Awesome video! As ever great photography. I’ve had my eye on this watch for a while and may pull the trigger. Don’t worry about the haters in your Zenith Chronomaster video. Personally, I prefer the Zenith over the Daytona but everyone is entitled to their opinion and it won’t stop me enjoying your channel 👍
Beautiful piece, just love Omega. My dad bought one in 1966 (a Constellation on bracelet, and which he still wears, and quasi as new) when we moved to Paris (when I was only 2), so I just grew up knowing “Omega”. I just spoiled myself again, tomorrow I receive the (my) 43.5mm 300 Ceramic on rubber, no date obviously and cozy up beside my AT 150 41.5mm. Keep the chin up, and keep putting out the quality vids we all in the community enjoy.
I own the same watch...purchased on a rubber strap...absolutely love it...my other watches haven’t made it out of the watch box since I picked this one up...incredible video...strong work Adrian!
I used to own the blue Seamaster 300M and I also found the bracelet to be extremely uncomfortable and often so painful to wear that I'd end up putting the watch in my pocket! - I ended up wearing it on a rubber strap most of the time. I think yours would look amazing on a black RubberB. That white dial is stunning!
This version with the white dial is absolutely gorgeous.
The white dial is not a new feature. I got a Seamaster in June 2000 and it has the white dial. It looks so much better in white. And recently I changed the second hand with a special James Bond second hand that has a red 007 gun logo. Looks even better now.
Much better video!!! Love it Adrian. You’re a great guy. Hope the responses from the Zenith video don’t get you down. Such great content. Keep up the good work mate!!
Phenomenal shots, especially the underwater ones. Seeing a review from someone who’s actually worn it for a bit is the best review.
Awesome editing work ! Thanks for all the efforts you put in your vids ! Awesome watch btw
Thanks so much for watching mate.
I wrote a comment on your initial thoughts of this watch. You’re spot on in my opinion. Ever since I’ve gotten this watch I’ve worn it every day (8 months or so). I’ve spent roughly half the time on bracelet and half on nato. This thing looks good on anything.
Enjoy.
I’m the same Kyle. I can’t stop wearing this thing. It’s just a cool watch and a nice watch to wear. I’m really enjoying it.
Same. I bought mine back in march and I've worn it every day. No reason not to. Seems quite indestructible ive bashed it many times and not a mark.
Really fantastic b-roll. That took a lot of time so props to you for that
Adrain is back to top form, looks great production and shots I must admit I would love a no date version too That movement for the money is amazing VFM
Such a good, positive video. Also lovely shots of the Seamaster.
Soooo much better than maybe a shorter or perhaps more "hot take" type video could be!
Haha. Thanks mate. That video a filler video because this one wasn’t ready. Next time I’ll just not post a video. 🤣
Yea only say nice things or snowflakes like this blub.
@@jollyrob blub? lol
Criticism and honest reviews are great when done properly and thoroughly. This vid was thorough, that’s good and much more like Adrian’s usual standard.
Great video as usual ❤️ I bought the Nekton Edition Seamaster, love it the most and also loved the clasp .. actually the clasp is what made me keep the bracelet although I have the original rubber strap 😎 this watch has a strong character and an amazing price tag
SUCH good shots in this vid. Bravo Adrian 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Seamaster
You are making me want this watch soooo much!! The shots on this video are a step up, you really outdid yourself, the light and composition, so well done... hat is off to you Adrian :)
Thanks so much buddy. 🙌🏻
FINALLY!!!! WE GET THE VIDEO THAT THE PEOPLE NOT ONLY WANT BUT DESERVE.
I really enjoy your reviews. Very honest on both the positives and negatives and you definitely have a persona that makes you very trustworthy.
Excellent review, the watch speaks for itself but the fact you intertwined your personal experience with it showed it's true awesomeness!
Refreshing to see a review of a watch that is actually available to buy in retail 💙
[ 42mm 🤔 = 40mm 🤗 ]
Absolutely agreed. Beast of a watch. Ticks so many boxes
This is my first watch and it's a great one. My wife (then girlfriend) bought it for me as an engagement gift. It was extremely sweet of her, this is a watch i will hold on to and wearing in good health for the rest of my life.
Awesome macro shot, very nice review, thank you from Belgium
Loving this one more and more :)
Me too!
@@FadedBezel Need to go try one on xD
Wow on the photography, just wow! Excellent content and I really like that you waited till almost the last bit to plug your straps and shop 😜. Awesome video and always great content. We do not always agree, I always want to hear your opinion. I think you should do. A video where you scout the market on aftermarket tapering bracelets for this Seamaster. Maybe uncleSeiko, maybe strapcode etc... Could be interesting for both of us.
Thanks for watching Chris. And I have actually been looking for an after market bracelet. There really aren’t many about though.
Great content as always Adrian, your enthusiasm shines through and is a breath of fresh air!
You for sure made me want one! Beautifully captured too.
As always, the segway to the shop was hilarious and great. Cheers, Adrian.
Haha. Thanks Matt. 👍🏻

Omega is killing it. Great video, thanks for sharing.
cooler than oldman Rolexes
I absolutely love my Seamaster 300m, but I agree with you about the bracelet. I wear it on the rubber strap, which is also incredibly comfortable.
Finally the episode we've all been waiting for 🤣🤙👏👏 love it adrian your camera work is on point 🤙
One of those watches that I think you need to see in person to really appreciate it.
This is the one I'm saving up for!
Amazing camera work Mr B+J
Great video, Adrian. Back to form!
Thanks 😊 Adrian classy review ✌️
Thanks a lot Dr. 👍🏻
Got mine today...white dial on a strap. LOVE IT
Congrats mate. 👍🏻
Fantastic video and I discovered a watch I never thought about adding to my collection
Loved this video so much man so high quality its incredible!!!!
This is the watch I'm currently saving up for! Can't wait to get it in the flesh!
Now that's a review I'm looking forward to
I got mine a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I got it on the bracelet and ordered the strap, which makes the watch look even more gorgeous
@@martinkaplan1805 I ended up getting mine about a month ago now. I absolutely love it!
You have to try it on the Omega Rubber strap - it feels, looks and wears amazing!
Agreed. Only con of this great video, no mention of the rubber. I bought mine on bracelet but also bought the rubber, purely awesome. I love to switch from one to another
Glad I wasn't the only one hitting refresh all morning waiting in anticipation for this video. Love mine. It wears amazing on the Omega black rubber strap. Thanks as always for the great content. Hoping for a black tubular in single pass :)
Excellent review, as always your passion for this hobby comes right through. Congrats on the new(ish) watch!
The Seamaster 300M was a great watch when I bought one 16 years ago. It's on an entirely different level now.
I’ve got an Omega Seamaster from 2001. Just realised its now two decades old. Man, how time flies by. Never wear it these days but it’s still a decent watch. The technology in that time has gone in an insane upwards trajectory. I wonder where it’ll all be in 20 years time? Or will the reign of the mechanical luxury watch be a thing of the past?
I’m sure yours is better size though
Great upload! Awesome photography! Great review to a great watch! I own the blue dial version but it was a real toss up between this white dial and my blue. Now I’m wondering if I chose the right one. 1st world problems I guess! The movement is pure class!
Thanks a lot for watching and glad you liked it. All seamaster are great. Such solid watches. 👍🏻
I've had mine since June 2019 and it's my pride and joy, black on black rubber is super comfy, looks sharp and the dial is unrivalled. It makes perfect sense. An incredible watch IMO
Absolutely great video, beautifully shot with some very clever ideas. It’s obvious that you have a “creative” background. You’ve probably just increased the value of any used versions. Far and away the best review I’ve seen of the watch . Another bloody watch to add to the wish list
You best video ever!! Stunning macro! Stunning Omega 😁
Thanks so much. 👍🏻
I find myself just waiting for ‘over at Bark and Jack dot shop.....’
Haha. I hope that’s a good thing.
@@BarkandJack At this point, it's becoming iconic. I'd miss it if it wasn't in the video.
except this time Adrian said "bark and jack dot com!".. I was like -wait what?
Thanks and congrats on 200k subs!
I love my Seamaster Great White, and being lucky enough to own two other seamaster 300 P from different times i can see how it has improved over the years. Great content and beautiful shots of an amazing watch
I really love the look of this watch. If they ever make a 38 or 39mm version I will be all over it. The have made midsize seamasters in the past, so hopefully one will come eventually
Unlikely the will make that size anytime soon. They did make a 36 but in reality it wore small. The key here is the lug to lug had it been 48 it would have had the desired effect
@@DancingMalik Yeah, every great watch should be made in at least two sizes, 39mm and the large one!
Hey! ...well done! ..and I even like the bracelet on my SMPolar .. greetings!
Not been a Seamaster fan until I watched your superb video, thanks Adrian.
I agree, own the blue version of it. There also, the dial catches different tones of blue in every light. Dial and movement is outstanding. I keep looking at the dial just for the beauty of it. It outshines my Seadweller 43 easily.
Wait’s over!!!
Perfect watch from the box! Have that watch with just the same colours!
Hi Adrian, you didn't promise too much. The effort paid off. Very nice video on the Seamaster. Great piece of engineering and even better look. Best, Michael
