    Thank you for the video, love seeing the FS editions. That song of Achilles in particular looks stunning.

      You're very welcome. Yes, it's a very lovely book. Hope they do Circe as well ... although my checkbook probably thinks otherwise. :-)

      Uh oh, looks like I had another witty response disappear. Insert witty response here. :-)

    Lovely editions all. I was on the fence about Song of Achilles until I saw your copy and clicked those three dangerous words: add to basket.
    Thanks for sharing the passage from Earthsea. I remembered disliking LeGuin's narrative voice in that series, but your reading made me reconsider. It's amazing what 20 years can do to reading tastes!

      Ah, sorry to make a ding in your bank account. But I think you'll really enjoy Folio's Song of Achilles. Cheers!

    I have the Wizard of Earthsea Folio and it's really spectacular. Tombs of Atuan is my favourite in the series and I can't wait to be able to pick that up too 🐈‍⬛

      LOL. I have an OCD issue with the standard edition of Castle, although I did consider the limited edition, which corrects the problem. But I held off. :-)

    Has Folio ever made an ugly book?

    • @troytradup
      @troytradup  Před 3 měsíci +1

      YES! Although of course that's subjective. :-) And "ugly" might be the wrong word. Perhaps "aesthetically unpleasing to my personal tastes" would be more accurate.
