  • I just completed the @prolonme 5-day Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) to prove that it’s possible for men to do it too and reap the rewards and benefits of fasting - it’s not just for women! 🚹💪
    “I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was… the food tasted fantastic… and I felt great. I was testing my blood ketones throughout the FMD and on day 4 and day 5 I got my blood ketone levels to 1.6 millimoles meaning I effectively got into ketosis despite still eating actual food. On day 5, I was still able to do my regular routine in terms of work and working productively too, I even lifted 180kg on my deadlift. It’s all in your mind. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking for weight loss or longevity or a reset around your food habits - a fantastic program!”
