    2 tablespoon yeast is not needed for a 600ml wine or beer.... 1 tb spoon is enough and one more thing yeast is not so good for our stomach

    No need for grapes. Just add little more molasses. Less methanol (harmful) will be created vs ethanol.

      Methanol of above 10ml is dangerous, how ever to produce 10ml you need to make very large quantity of wine.since formation of methanol is only 0.02% and has low boiling point than ethanol and water in factories it will be collected separately while distilling process and surprisingly ethanol is antidote for methanol consumption.so dont worry for about methanol for small batch

      Home made yeast will be slower than baking yeast or wine yeast, if u gonna use home made yeast first prepare yeast starter and mix or you yeast will be slower which may take more than 4 days for completing fermentation

      @VIJAY CHUGH .. just make a ginger bug that will work fine .. Ginger have natural yeast on its cover .Ginger bug is minced ginger and sugar and water mixture kept for min five days.. Remember to add ginger and sugar every day to keep the yeast live .. just a spoon of ginger minced + spoon sugar everyday will get you the natural Ginger bug and this is much better then using any other commerical available yeast

      Curd or but idli batter you can use, but result will be much better if you use yeast

      I used yeast but after 24 hours the yeast has not settled down yet ! And I forgot about the grapes

    I use pear (Fruit) instead of grapes...will it still works??...I mean it would definitely work if I let it ferment for a longer period of time but will it be ready in 24 hours?? Nice video btw ...I love your recipes ❀❀❀

      Best brews I've made are pear wine, mead(honey wine), apple pie wine, and jolly rancher wine coolers
