I love how there are so many wash stations and bathrooms in the residences in Mexico. That’s a huge house. Holy Shite! What a bathroom!
Yeah, maid's quarters are not counted in the bedroom/bathroom count of houses in Mexico. That big room downstairs looks like a great party room, put a big pool table in there and bar!

I’ve lived in Valle Real for almost 7 years. That house is typical, almost cookie cutter. To be honest, you don’t;t get much for your money nowadays. Very very few homes, even in places like Valle Real have anything more than a postage stamp sized lot. You can expect tp pay between $500k and $1m USD just for the piece of dirt before you build a house, and that’s pretty average for that area.
Is that 36 million pesos? That's like 3 million Canadian. Seems like a lot. I'm coming into the city next week to do some house shopping, just trying to get an idea of prices

Yeah, especially in a house this grand. Most condos to have closets that you walk thru to get into the bath.

about 16,000,000 out to lunch.
Seems way overpriced. You can get about twice the house, much nicer without looking into neighbors yard in for a third the price in one of the nicest areas in El Paso TX.
Or a nice comfy house in Queretaro for 1/4 what this costs. Guadalajara can't be THAT expensive, either this is a status neighborhood or someone is fishing for gringos.
@@rhyslud Can't compare El Paso or Queretaro to Guadalajara. Maybe Dallas, Houston, Boston or San Diego. And about the views, you can plant trees to cover the neighbor views. It's expensive but it's not a gringo price.
