cause i use the joystick too and tghe front of the wooting pissing me off the joystick doesnt sit to the front good so i swapped the case for a red one top match my setup!! its THE SHIT!!!!! @KenBeans

Highest recommended Wooting settings for FPS:
- 0.3mm Actuation
- Tachyon mode on
- Rapid Trigger on 0.2mm down, and 0.5mm up sensitivity
(split up&down sensitivity settings can be found under advanced settings)
I would use this as a base and change some of it up and see what’s most comfortable

I heard that the double movement feature works on other keyboard too but the actuation point not but does the rapid trigger work on other keyboards?

You need to make the actuation point for individual keys so make it low on your edit bind for example but make it higher on binds you dont want to press by acciddent and a windos button for example you cam make it to the highest so you are sure to not press it. It helped a few people.

I have the wooting 2 (full layout, arrows and numpad) and it is hands down the best keyboard imo, the pure amount of customization is crazy.
Also I know Mr. Beans said how the keyboard has double movement built in and how it doesn't matter now that Fortnite added it, but it's actually much better than Fortnite built in, because with double movement in game or with one of the apps you just set a strafe angle and that's basically it, not real controller movment, where with this keyboard because it's analog you can have perfect 360 movement like a controller joystick because its based on how far you press down wasd which afaik the wooting is the ONLY keyboard that can do that and has built in support for specifically Fortnite. (And they are working on an update for it to do even more Fortnite specifics)

if you struggle witk key activation time, just change the key that you accidentally press to the max activation tyme nad leave others as they are
A tip for arrow keys is that u can bind the arrow to buttons that u dont use in the software and have arrow keys like that
You can also make tap keys, if you tap a key it can do 1 key and Hold press does another

To make it the best possible you want to add as many O-rings as possible. Making it where pushing it down is the same as the 0.1.

Ken bean on the joystick from gmk, that one has a extra key on the side and I’m thinking that can be very useful but at the same time the one you linked is straight and not diagonal so I have no clue
I got mine 3 months ago and I can say 0.1 mm + tachyon mode is the best combination and rapid trigger as well so Ken you should use 0.1 mm it took me about 2 weeks to get used to because I was on the apex pro tkl before 😊

I have the razer huntsman mini. I think the actuation point is 0.2mm and the keys activate really easily, so I'm always pressing keys by accident. Got to the point where I have to hover my fingers above the keys.

I have the Wooting 60 HE the Apex Pro TKl I paid $350 for the Apex Pro TKL last year and a broken Apex Pro
I don't have a wooting keyboard but I have the og Apex pro tkl (which got a firmware update btw that makes you set the switches to 0.2mm instead of the 0.4mm actuation it previously had)
Personally I missed edits alot with the lowest actuation when I first got the keyboard also bec I use confirm edit on release off so I switched to the default actuation but after I got used to it I slowly dropped the actuation till I got comfortable on the lowest one
Also don't forget that u can set different actuations for different keys so u don't miss click like u did with ur jump and crouch
Wait! Are you saying that the og Apex Pro TKL got a firmware update so the actuation point is just like the 2023 edition? When I look at the product page it still says it has a 0.4 actuation point, I am getting the Og Apex Pro Tkl because of the big discount it has, but I was adamant about purchasing it because I wanted to have the even lower actuation point. If this is the case, that's great!
uh are you sure I have the og apex pro tkl and it still says the lowest actuation is 1 not the 0.2 and its fully up to date
