Somehow, I think "Sandwich in the Sky" would make more sense.
Why?
There actually is a way for a sandwich to get into the air, if only momentarily. Unlike greenwich, an entire town.
To be fair, 'Greenwich' was probably a reference to Greenwich Mean Time, which would make sense since Renko is able to tell the time when she looks at the stars (albeit in JST)
