I watched her on the Voice Kids in Norway when she was only 8 years old and was amazed. The judges were stunned.

I don't care what some picky, envious, grumpy people thinks, this girl has the "IT" factor. Very hard to take your eyes off her when she sings. Not only is her voice mesmerizing but she is beautiful. A woman in the comments compared her to a Greek goddess and I agree. And she was only 13 years old in this performance. I will definitely follow her career.

I've seen a few of those picky twits but the most crass excuse for a thumbs down was that she needed 'English'' lessons as she was not pronouncing her words properly. I have seldom heard anything so stupid being said of a singer who is is managing to 'outside' even the greatest artists from around the world AND from history. I have to put it all down to jealousy which is also the reason she failed to win AGT (more symbolic of American xenophobia today)

Simply put, this young girl is beautiful. You can feel her tenderness, good heart, humility. Her serenity too. She doesn't look like an AGT competitor but rather a special guest. Some may criticize her pronunciation of a few words or whatever they want, but for me it's obvious, we have here at only 13 years old, a future huge star. And that little giggle at the end of her song shows that despite her looks, she is still a kid.

Her voice, her expression, and her interpretation were mesmerizing and captivating. She made the song her own and delivered a performance that was unlike anything I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.
This is almost note for note Sarah’s arrangement. One that Elton John said is the best cover anyone has ever made of any of his songs and there was once an album called Two Rooms which had all famous singers covering about 15 of his songs. No disrespect to this young lady’s talent, but give the credit where it’s properly due.

He said that this is the only young lady could be like Whitney Houston. I see it. This young lady has just such a successful career ahead of her. Keep it up. I know she is an up and coming talent. Angelina nailed it again! She put soul into a great Elton John song and once again proved she is the great artist that we have known for many years. Her future success was cemented many years ago, and this performance is just a reminder of it. Like her former judge said in 2014, "Angelina, I have no words."
Actually, this arrangement is a copy of Sara Bareilles’. Almost verbatim. This young lady is talented, but let’s not pretend that this performance was anything unique.
@@richboshart1201 Yes it is the Sara Bareiles "arangement" but sung quite differently. Sara's performance was more power vocals and fewer runs, while Angelina's as I said was full of soul. Angelina used melismatic enhancement in her vocals throughout, and sang it mainly in hushed melancholic tones. Both performances IMO were great, but very different in delivery. It's like covering a great song like "I Will Always Love You." You can cover either the original Dolly Parton version, which was mainly a Country song, or the soaring Whitney Houston Pop version. Most singers choose to cover the Whitney Houston cover of Dolly's song. Here Angelina could choose between covering the original Elton John version, or Sara's version. She chose Sara's as I think it fit her style much better. But in the end she still added her melismatic stylings, phrasing, entirely different tone, and delivery to it. To that degree, it was different than both, and therefore could certainly be called unique.

“Effortless” is the word that comes to mind whenever I hear her sing.
Something magical about her voice when she stopped doing the "babyish" tone (which is not a negative thing either) but I much prefer it when it's more of her natural voice coming through, nothing forced. I wish she didn't pronounce things weirdly like in indie songs haha because holy crap that little jazzy "ooooh" part at 2:15 was pure gold! Amazing!
