- Our newest set, a kitchen and laundry room we call “Pacific Coast Contemporary” calls to mind sweeping views of the pacific ocean. This inspired our in-house Chef, Maverick, to make bouillabaisse.
What is Bouillabaisse? It’s a highly-seasoned fish stew made with at least two kinds of fish. Watch to see how Maverick used seafood broth and poached seafood-shrimp, rockfish, monkfish, scallops, and mussels to create the complex flavor that defines Bouillabaisse.

Do the ingredients that should be pureed to make the fish stock base include the chopped prawns and their shells?
