This is beyond amazing thank you thank you thank you this came at a real time I am having the hardest time lately realizing so many things bad relationships horrible nights out it's killing me.. each day is a battle this is helping me thank you so much. I hope I can get through this. All I can remember is the bad and all I do is beat myself up especially over what I did when I was young :( i am mad because most of my skills got better and I wish those ppl could see me now especially this one night I went out and danced crazy on stage indront of hundreds when I was drunk that scars me every time I think about it recently I went Years forgetting it now I'm facing it is so painful because when I think about it I cringe and music is my one joy . I hope these thoughts stop I can't stop I am trying to learn but this video helped me so much. Thank you again
