Growing up going to car shows my whole life I've always saw the signs saying please don't touch my car it's so the next person doesn't have to see a goddamn fingerprints on it when they come looking at it. You can tell he's been spoiled his whole life never told no

@@BvrdofPreyPUBG its not the Louvre. Every person that brings a car brings a shine/cleaner. Aside from the cool rust buckets.
Most of those cars have a ceramic coating on top of that shine, all it takes is a couple swipes and fingerprints disappear.

Show some respect to the builders who spent hours cleaning and polishing their art and you just walk up and put finger and hand prints on their creations come on dude that’s not right! This is their time to shine and you disrespected them and caused them more work.

I would be walking around with a box of white inspection gloves, that way I don't leave fingerprints.

As a guy who's building a 49 Coe car hauler I would have been just as giddy walking around the corner and seeing that setup that thing was gorgeous I hope mine comes somewhere close to that level when it's done

Ole Smokey probably has a record for most consecutive years at Sema. One of the sickest trucks on the planet in my opinion.

The old pick-up with the massive turbo setup in the bed is Chuckles Garage Pike's Peak 1,500hp diesel and the little aero car next to it is theirs as well, it's diesel.
Ya never seen this guys channel before and yes he is coming off a little over the top, but yes i agree with the comments its respectful to keep your hands off other peoples cars. Especially in that kind of show enviroment. Thought it was nice of most of the builds not to put up ropes so people can get close. But im still not touching there shit they just wiped down. If you have to reply as one reply to all about negative comments you probably where in the wrong no matter how you try justifying it.
bud I first off I wont be responding to any more because people over the internet act like they are angles. I am a builder and enjoy building many things. The builders were around and I know many of them. I wasn't disrespectful I was very impressed with the creativity. And not only that this was filmed for move in anyway the show didn't start for a few days. Mothers came by and cleaned the cars yesterday. I dont owe anyone an explanation besides stop acting like I did such a bad thing by wanting to feel textures because I work with 3d printed parts, real carbon , fake carbon, paint wrap, ect. I want to know what a car is made of, how its made, and what its made of. All these dudes on here can cry, I bet any that are commenting have never built a car so they would have no reason to be curious like I am.
@@DeBerti Most of us haven’t been living off our daddy’s money, we had real jobs and had to support ourselves so we have respect for other peoples creations, so being so arrogant to make excuses about fingering others peoples rides shows how spoiled you are. And they pay for Mothers to detail their cars, come on you’ve never felt a polished radiator cap before. Keep up being so arrogant you pull it off really well.

Hate I missed you guys! I live about 10 minutes from you, but still haven’t had a chance to meet you. Sema was incredible this year. Definitely back to it’s pre-pandemic form!! I think I averaged 13 miles of walking each days and still didn’t see everything
All I can say about SEMA - "Insane in the Membrane!" Hope they don't give me a violation on that! What a line - "you would have to have a booster seat from one of those restaurants!" Classic!

I am in no way “disrespecting other peoples builds” not only that the builders were by the cars regardless so please relax. @@RealRickCox yes normal people can go to Sema u won't b allowed behind the scenes or up in the booth towers but u can walk around & look at the cars & products used to go to the Sema show in Atlantic city nj had my car in the general show also the company's r trying to sell there products to anyone the working in there driveway guy to big companies hope that helps

It's interesting. My dad is not a car guy. Not in the slightest. He's never changed his own oil. Knows absolutely zero about anything mechanical. But one thing he taught me when I was really young is that you never touch someone's car. I know my grandpa was a car guy so maybe that's where my dad got it from and then passed it down to me but he tooke me to a lot of car shows growing up. I think he just wanted to expose me to as many different things and experiences that he could. But he would never go to a car show on his own. Lol. It was all for me. But I have never forgotten that. I would never lay a finger on someone's car period. It would never even cross my mind to reach out and touch something on someone's car. Or ask to sit in someone's car? Absolutely not. Not ragging on anyone but remember there's kids watching and we should be a good example for them.
Okay I’m just now watching this and right off the bat the Porsche that was rallied out everyone’s doing the Volkswagen beetle body swap on rzrs What if you took an old Porsche body and put it on a Can-Am X.3 or maybe the Yamaha it would be something totally different and I know you guys could probably pull it off

While I agree with everyone about the touching being a absolute no no. The show is still being assembled while they are filming. So I’d guess the do not touch signs aren’t out. And the vehicles will be cleaned again prior to Sema opening.
