This is a great scale up on a big project and glad to see it. The advantage I see of village level sand damsthe is theopportunity community is personally involved and takes responsibility on maintaining the site as well as gaining the construction skill set to replicate another one and pass that on to another location. The banks need reforestationand as well as vegetation to combat bank soil erosionof as these are recharged by monsoon type rains.

Cheap labour with young engineers brings profits for Hiraal but it eventually affects the quality of their work.
The senior management talks very well with stakeholders and are very nice people but their quality isn't the best yet because they choose inexperienced and cheap labour.
Sorry for the honesty. I told them this many times before.
