  • This Red Dead Redemption Online video will show you what the best horses are for bravery, for Red Dead Online in 2021. This video attempts to show the five breeds that are most suited to combat and hunting. These horses, once max affinity has been reached, will not buck you when they get startled or frightened. They also do not bolt when danger approaches, and will come get you out of combat if the fire gets too hot.
#RedDeadRedemption2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by #RockstarGames. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and is a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption. The story is set in 1899 in a fictionalized representation of the Western, Midwestern, and Southern United States and follows outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang. Arthur must deal with the decline of the Wild West whilst attempting to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The story also follows fellow gang member John Marston, the protagonist of Red Dead Redemption.
The game is presented through both first and third-person perspectives, and the player may freely roam in its interactive open world. Gameplay elements include shootouts, heists, hunting, horseback riding, interacting with non-player characters, and maintaining the character's honor rating through moral choices and deeds. A bounty system similar to the "wanted" system from the Grand Theft Auto franchise governs the response of law enforcement and bounty hunters to crimes committed by the player.
The game's development lasted over eight years, beginning soon after Red Dead Redemption's release, and it became one of the most expensive video games ever made. Rockstar co-opted all of its studios into one large team to facilitate development. They drew influence from real locations as opposed to film or art, focused on creating an accurate reflection of the time with the game's characters and world. The game was Rockstar's first built specifically for eighth generation consoles, having tested their technical capabilities while porting Grand Theft Auto V to the platforms. The game's soundtrack features an original score composed by Woody Jackson and several vocal tracks produced by Daniel Lanois.
Red Dead Redemption 2 was released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October 2018, and for Microsoft Windows and Stadia in November 2019. Red Dead Online, the online multiplayer mode of the game, was released as a beta version in November 2018 before a full release in May 2019. Widely anticipated and marketed before release, Red Dead Redemption 2 broke several records and had the second-biggest launch in the history of entertainment, generating US$725 million in sales from its opening weekend and exceeding the lifetime sales of Red Dead Redemption in two weeks. It received critical acclaim, with praise directed at its story, characters, open world, graphics, and considerable level of detail; minor criticism was directed at its control scheme and emphasis on realism over player freedom. Considered as an example of video games as an art form, it won year-end accolades including Game of the Year awards from several gaming publications. It is among the best-selling video games with over 36 million copies shipped. #RedDeadOnline

I feel like speed and acceleration have gotten a bit overblown. Unless your racing or ignoring fast travel, I don't see the point in maxing out. It’s a great horse at lvl 4 with max health. Owned and discarded the 18 GB Strawberry Roan model at least 30x, and at one point owned 2 at once in case the initial one died during gun battle or falling off a mountain. They certainly buck you off as a quickly as any horse. Constantly spam feeding them and using S&S at the close proximity of a predator prevents you from getting bucked + calming. Calming helps, though it’s only a temporary way to slow yourself down from reaching the point of your horse kicking you off, because it certainly will if you give it enough time.

I can vouch for the Strawberry Roan Ardennes. When I leveled up to it I saved up gold to get it because everyone else had the faster horses so I went the Tank route. Very brave, kinda slower, BUT I feel it has the most health in the game too. It's taken TNT sometimes and big falls.

I've been using the Perlino Andalusian which was a lot braver than my previous horse even if it has relatively poor speed and acceleration since a good saddle like the nagadoches helps with the stats. My andalusian still gets spooked at times but it's still leagues better in terms of bravery and also total health/stamina than the horse I used before.
I'd recommend it for a first or second horse for newer players if you're frustrated with skittish horses since it has a much more reasonable price compared to the others. The only thing that irritates me personally is how it starts to show dirt pretty quickly due to the lighter coat but that's a minor issue.

    • @tylerscampinghuntingandsur4957
      @tylerscampinghuntingandsur4957 Před 2 lety +4

Yeah, I forgot what type of horse I got currently, but holy cow does he get spooked easily, he's not a bad horse, and he doesn't always get spooked, but when he does he runs a good distance away, which is annoying when trying to pick up a lassoed bounty whilst getting shot at since, unless I'm on a legendary bounty, I don't always kill every enemy unless I have to, one of the annoying parts is getting shot up like crazy, and then my horse slowly trotting over after I whistle for him, and then he gets shot by a stray bullet and then books it like crazy, that's why a video like this is helpful when deciding on a brave horse with great stats, I might personally get the breton since I love the look of the coat, plus the stats and the bravery are amazing from what Dare to Game said in the video.

Personally I have experienced having all five Arabians in my possession.
I even rotated them frequently to keep them fresh and less stressed out.
All of them, and I mean all of them have bucked me off while not even in close proximity of a cougar or bear.
Got waxed several times because of this.
Even keeping them calm leading up to the first shot out of my carbine, always resulted in me get bucked off afterwards.
The only one that never did this was the Grullo Bay Mustang which was a mare.
I’m currently down to the Rose Grey Arabian and I plan on getting rid of her too.
They are fantastic horses. Agile, sleek, fast and great stamina. But I’m surprised that they are not scared by their own shadow!!!

All horses even war horses, will buck you off the first time you enter combat with them. The predator attacks are absolutely random. I've had shire horse and Andalusian buck me off around predators. The Turkoman and Arabian are way high maintenance, and they squeal for way longer after getting spooked and take alot to calm them down. Also they have to eat like every two minutes. The all around best horse in RDO is the new Mustangs. They behave as expected given the game mechanics and the new ones have upgraded speed. And Mustangs shut up after one calm tap.

Great vid all in all. But not putting any mustang in there? they are not the bravest in combat but they are way up there at hunting/with predators (!!!) The Andalusians actually rank tops with me. For real low lvl horses, the Hungarian Halfbreds are very good too. The Bretons used to be a lot better before the Naturalist update. In general my experience has been that the "old" story mode horses all perform better with bravery than the role horses. I was never sold on the MFTs until I re-tried them recently, they must have changed something about them because they are rock steady now. Steadier than the Turkomans.
