    *I think they're pretty close tbh.*
    Btw, Tensor isn't Exynos, that's a mistake lot of reviewers make. *Tensor has different CPU cores, layouts, GPU, AI TPU, ISP, ps pipeline, Mpa codes etc.*
    It just uses Samsung's fabrication and modem....which causes heating as well.
    The cross compatibility of core components is non-existent considering their base code and source Api's too are different.
    Lastly, the battery-life on Pixel 6a is good, it's that 5G (Samsung modem) that drains the battery-life if you're far away from 5G towers. So, simply switch to 4G lte if 5G signal is weak in your area.
    Also, very few people know that the Pixel 6a/7a uses the same Samsung's rigid 90Hz samoled panel found on Pixel 7. It's just that they've disabled 90Hz on Pixel 6a and both Pixel 6a/7a have max brightness of 1100 nits which they boosted up to 1400nits on Pixel 7.
    Cheers 🥂

      This was very informative. Thanks a lot for sharing. I'll try my best to include it in the 7a review!

    this is the best review, thank you for the side by side photo comparison.💛💚 i like that you keep the camera angle exactly the same for both phones! i think the 6a make everything look more yellow, and the 7a look more blue. do you feel the phones get too hot when charging ?

      It does get warm. But where I stay is relatively cooler so cannot comment in your weather conditions. But yes, it has a tendency to get warm. More than charging, during other heavy tasks especially with data on.

    Hi Shreya. If possible, can you check the cellular network reception and data speed in low signal areas for both these phones?

      I live in Bangalore and did not have any issues. I know people are posting differences in 5g or data speeds. But I do not really download anything outside. I never had issues while navigating & streaming YT Music at the highest quality level. That's my only and realistic usage.
      I cannot comment on comparison with other phones unfortunately

      I live in the Philippines where 5G is not stable yet. So, I use LTE all the time and Pixel connectivity is good.

    Is it possible in any way to use Android 14 on the pixel 4a whenever it is launched?

    I am going to buy my first pixel during BBD.. Should I go for 6a or 7a? My main aim is camera and good battery life? Obviously 6a would be cheaper than 7a during sale.. But would it be worth it for me to spend extra and get 7a ?

    • @TechThatOut
      @TechThatOut  Před rokem

      I'm not in a position to confidently comment on the battery. I will mention this in my full review soon and the why.
      About the 6a, news is good but I only have testimonials from my close friend praising improvements to the battery. My experience with the Pixel 7a battery is better as well in the past 2 days.
      About the camera, I can confidently say the Pixel 7a is noticeably better (hoping you watched the video).
      Hope this helps😊

      @@TechThatOut Thank you so much for replying 🧁.. Can you tell me if it is worth it to buy 6a right now given the fact that 7a it's successor has been launched? Cuz I'm getting 6a under 30k and it's a good deal. All I'm asking is whether it will last for a long time Or not?

    • @TechThatOut
      @TechThatOut  Před rokem

      Very tough to comment like that. A lot of devices take a U-turn. It's next to impossible to suggest longevity. It has everything to stay relevant, high end processor, 5g bands, 3 years of updates etc. That's all I can say

    Just one suggestion needed taking Pixel 6a at 20k would be better or Pixel 7a at 30k in BBD?

      Unless you put any phone up for exchange I have my doubts 7a will go under 30k or 6a under 20k

    Strange. My Pixel 6a get 1437 in single core and 3292 in multi-core score in geekbench 6. Exited to test 7a the box is laying here but haven't unboxed yet. Maybe later to day

    Tensor is cancer that's why pixel is flopped here, i will avoid buying pixel till they started using Qualcomm chips
