For other reasons outside of cinema, Chadwick Boseman was truly like a real life superhero for the black community as well as being famous for playing one. Some 8 year old in our theater screamed “rest and poopie!” And another boy yelled “Why is it muted? Is the volume not working?” It was that bad that one woman said “Whoever’s children those are, please tell them to be quiet. It is highly disturbing.” They we’re still running around the whole movie and it was really annoying. But I’m happy for others who got to enjoy the movie!

On a personal note the day Chadwick passed, I was crushed as many fans were. That day I picked myself up and got back into the studio and resumed chasing my dreams after nearly a decade off. The life Chadwick lived along with his body of work gave me hope at a time when my dreams were dead. I wrote the song "Oscar Worthy" as a tribute to him on that day and that is what got me back into music. My very own second chance. I feel like I owe him, I wish I could've let him know the impact he had on my career which is now blossoming. Chadwick shared so many qualities with King T'challa, it was difficult to tell where Chadwick ended and T'challa began. Angela's assessment was spot on. That proud look she gave him on screen was also how we all looked at Chadwick! He was a King on and off screen! Wakanda Forever. RIP.

He said he wondered what it meant to people, and what does it do for the world. He said it gives people hope... he was spot on and I'm glad he knew he had a big impact before leaving. On a personal note the day Chadwick passed, I was crushed as many fans were. That day I picked myself up and got back into the studio and resumed chasing my dreams after nearly a decade off. The life Chadwick lived along with his body of work gave me hope at a time when my dreams were dead. I wrote the song "Oscar Worthy" as a tribute to him on that day and that is what got me back into music. My very own second chance. I feel like I owe him, I wish I could've let him know the impact he had on my career which is now blossoming. Chadwick shared so many qualities with King T'challa, it was difficult to tell where Chadwick ended and T'challa began. Angela's assessment was spot on. That proud look she gave him on screen was also how we all looked at Chadwick! He was a King on and off screen! Wakanda Forever. RIP.
