    This is great! Thank you. Do you have exercises to help someone’s bridge? Mine is more like a coffee table LOL I know it’s my shoulders and my hip flexors.

      @@CAPOERALIFESHOW I ask you that because, I'm a beginner (2 years of practice), and the more I watch capoeira videos the more I can see that my favorites capoeirists are from cdo.... You all have a kind of movement phylosophy which I love... Difficult to explain, but you all share the same patterns, the same Flow, the same skills, the same way to move (obviously with differents styles, depending on each capoeirist) ... Is it something that your masters focus on ? Do you have some kind of skills progression ? I ask you that because I don't really love my master way of teaching and cdo groups are too far away... So... In few words or in different videos, could you explain, the cdo way of teaching ? Like... Skills progression, Skills and exercises you focus on etc. 😁

    Great lesson BUT you gotta get over to RawTricks and take inspiration from the music selection. I wanna see this channel take off. Content is there. Next, raising that production value, starting with Music.
