      He is also far far from stage ready.. 6 weeks out and eating 3500? well.. hes going for the full look i guess because dude is no way 6 weeks out. the amount of fat he has on his back and legs is insane for 6 weeks out.

      The bigger you are the more you will have to eat so can't answer your generic question. Also if you have a lot of wealth you could be eating filet mignon multiple times a week

      it really depends on how much you are willing to spend on it
      Bron drops million a year on food, but he is also eating salmon and thing like that almost daily, which although healthy isnt really neccessary, but when you have the mones you CAN do it. so it all depends on how much you can and want to spend on that

    Look up sublingual administration for that oral. Neither condoning nor condemning but bypassing first pass metabolism can mitigate hepato effects.

      @@kane6529 hoping so! maybe not quite that high for whenever I would have to bulk, but I'd say I could very comfortably cut between 2600-2800 and bulk 3000+. Currently trying to get shredded for the first time ever by October then back to muscle gains💪🏼

      @@ericjanickifitness thanks my man. That is a very reasonable amount of protein for someone your size. I think that some of the protein numbers people spit out are nonsensical. I'm not on gear but have been lifting for 40 years...very hard. 5'10" and 255. I can do around 200 grams of protein and still be incredibly strong...maybe I'd bump it up if I cut my carbs for a show or something. But I think a lot of the 'influencers' overestimate our protein requirements. We need more than the RDA but not as much as let's say Milos suggests.

    you should heat the pan BEFORE adding oil, especially if you're using a regular pan. If you heat the pan BEFORE, then add the oil and wait for the oil to heat up you wouldn't need to use a non-stick pan.
    Judging by the fridge and the quartz countertops, you should be able to invest in All-Clad cookware. I recommend their Copper Core line, but the D3 series is also a great choice.

      I’m 265 lbs so 7% would be about 20 lbs of body fat. Realize it’s a ratio. 7% on a 180 lb guy will look much leaner (13 lbs)
