Your commentary was the BEST. XD I remember one time we got on Splash Mountain when it was just starting to drizzle and we thought nothing of it. Then we got to the top of the big drop and could finally see outside again. It was raining so hard, you could barely see anything else in the park up there. 😳 Just this WALL of rain. We had but a second to realize what we had done before plunging down and getting ourselves pre-soaked. Good ol' Florida. 😂
I learned from my last trip for a few days to Disneyland Anaheim where it rained one or two days; to always being more socks than you think you will need and another pair of shoes to leave at the hotel. Had to reuse wet socks for a couple days and it was not very pleasant. Lol. So gross. I learned my lesson.

Moral of the story: do not go on any rides in the rain. Because you will get stuck on the ride and get drenched.

The first time I rode it was during a downpour. Roller coaster and water ride all in one. So much fun!

Me too, once when I was at Hersheypark it was drizzling and they closed all the coasters immediately for like 2 hours.
