Soft and Chewy Ginger Cookies | Full Recipe

This is by far one of my favourite Christmas Cookies recipes! Its super easy to make and so tasty. These delicious Christmas cookies are soft and chewy inside with a hint of ginger and sweetness from the white chocolate. Ingredients:
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Honey
1 Egg
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C.
