Check out how we responded to a recent service call. Our service trucks pulled up to a client's home after a #SumpPump alarm went off due to last night's heavy rain.
Our tech was on the scene! The client had a battery backup system with a high water alarm, so we were there to figure out what went wrong. We were able to decipher whether it was a stuck float switch, an overwhelmed pump, or something caught in the impeller.
After our technician Arminder reattached the wires to the battery backup, it started pumping, but the water level wasn't dropping yet. The weeping tile system around the house was full, so once it emptied, we were able to check the primary pump and make our final determination.
