Unclogging a Customer's Down Spouts

We’re here at our client’s charming, 80-year-old property, nestled in cottage country!
Our technician, Mario, is tackling a #clogged downspout from the roof drain. The client experienced basement flooding yesterday, and we’re here to help out!
Mario found the downspout was disconnected. He reconnected it with self-tapping screws and cleared out the debris from the eavestroughs. We’re doing this as a courtesy to ensure everything flows smoothly.
