I’ve been spending years making little tweaks to increase my power. Your discussion here (and in other videos) about the fastest point in the swing is when the front arm is in line with the bat has been a game changer for me. Just having the swing thought of making contact at that point added 30’ to my average hit. I don’t know why I never realized the importance of this but wow, it really works. Thanks!

I thought late was when your way behind the ball early is early is when you're in front of the ball and right on time well that's the hitting point right on the middle.. So I've been doing it wrong all this time and the coaches had been telling me wrong all this time ??
