Thick and Super Fluffy French Toast Recipe!
I used thick slices of bread for a fluffy texture. This is delicious and like a cake🍰
If you use standard thickness sliced bread, add 15ml less milk❗️
❖ Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of white bread
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 10g butter
- Maple syrup (optional)

D'ailleurs nous utilisons le pain dur ( lorsqu'il a malheureusement séché car trop vieux ), cela permet d'éviter de jeter, et ça redonne du moelleux!

Please STOP cutting off the crust. That’s so wasteful. And if u buy Texas toast bread u won’t have to stack your bread to get that big look. Use Ghee butter for frying. It won’t burn as easily as regular butter. Maybe a splash of olive olive oil added in , and use coffee creamer (flavored) for more flavor than regular plain milk!
