- Hello Viewers! A lot of you wanted to see A.J. swing a few, so here he is! We have been reading your comments and thought we would tease A.J. swing a few wedges. Maybe if this video gets a lot of likes, he will be trying out the new Ventus Blue!

Nice to see AJ on the other side of the camera for a bit! I don’t really have any brand loyalty, but Ping has taken over my bag - first the i230s when I was looking for more bounce and spin from my irons, then G430 LST driver, then G430 woods with the flat-minus setting being absolutely perfect for me (the 3 wood with a Speeder NX Blue 70X is my favorite fairway wood I’ve ever hit, by far), and finally the iCrossover turned out to be exactly what I wanted in the 4 iron/4 hybrid spot. I didn’t go in asking for Ping; they all just won out in brand-agnostic fittings. My Jaws Raw wedges are wearing out and I feel like these S159 wedges have to be next on the must-test list. Love that Ping offers Axioms in-house now, too, so I can match my iron shafts.
Would you consider these fairly forgiving say for a 12-15 HC?

Good stuff guys. Any intel if Ping will ever do a more GI wedge like the Cleveland CBX, Cobra Snakebite X, Callaway CB?
It's already kind of halfway between a forged and a GI wedge. Cast with polymer insert.
The wedge is a tour inspired wedge from shaping to feel off the face. Now this does not mean that they are making it with zero help and forgiveness. Even the best players in the world want to use technology to help them make the game easier. Look at what drivers many PGA Tour players use these days.
Which grind would be good if I have the kind of Jason day technique? You said the H is for steep but has less bounce then the S 12 bounce
