I like how they realized that telling everyone a 7 feet tall white skinny monster would chase them down if they saw it would sound hilariously fake so they decided to call it a seizure-envoking image instead. Brilliant, and realistic.

i mean to be fair, a seizure inducing image sounds quite fake but in a world where SCP's exist, its more believable than an indestructible 8 foot tall *creature* chasing someone to the ends of the earth just for seeing its face

Now I'm really thinking how dangerous the internet would be on the SCP universe... just think about it, trolls posting images of 096 propositally on reddit, twitter, 4chan, anything really, people being exposed, people not believing such a thing and calling everyone conspiracy theorists, trying to raid the SCP sites (just like people tried to raid area 51)... the entire SCP universe would be such a mess, I love it!

It depends on the time the people view his face.For example if two people saw 096 face withing a few seconds.096 would probably go to the nearest person.However if person 1 views first and person 2 views after a while.096 would probably go to person 1 even if person 2 is closer.Its just a theory after all.A SCP THEORY!

The reason why I said usually is because when they detonate an on-site nuclear warhead they say that another nation is attacking them with nuclear weapons, then afterwards they say that they worked it out with the nation
Amnestics, the cloning is only possible using SCP 2000, but that clones EVERYONE, so it's only used if everyone has died for some reason. It's easier to give everyone fake memories and pretend they died from some other reason like a tornado.

Great work as usual, although I have two critiques: The spinning animation of the biohazard logo at 0:44 and the clock hand spinning animation at 1:13 look a bit too smooth. It'd look better if the framerate was limited a bit. Also, the background video from 0:26 to 1:40 looks a little too modern to be in-line with the VHS style.
i was thinking the same thing about the background, i dont think a modern code editor making a swing animation in css really fits with it

As a way to prevent spread, why doesn't the foundation just locate and execute people who've seen the image?
