i've never had my personality told to me so vividly and accurately. i've been binge watching these videos for a week now and it's been a form of therapy for me. these videos have helped me almost see myself in the mirror for once. i feel awesome that i'm not the only person who operates and thinks the way i do! at times it can feel like i'm the only one who has this ideology of life and it's a bit lonely thinking this way but, only sometimes. most of the time it truly feels like a super power. to my fellow sigmas! keep going! i'm rooting for your success almost more than my own! 🥂
Ιt s been a week for me too that found a video about sigmas and that escalated to many hours of watching such videos... They descreibe 90% of my actions my thoughts and my mindet. BUT.. there is always a but in every sigma s thought... where were these all researches - conclusions about this kind of man a decade ago. I had struggles, a lot of em , about my social life and my aims in life and all people i spoke including gurus of psychology to my closest "friends" were forcing me to change to something that i didnt want to. I tried (i think hard) to do so and failed a lot harder, and always got into my peaceful room with noisecanceling headphones playing the piano, going around the city and do some fishing or just drive with music on by myself... If only one man, told me that you are what you are, try to make fun of it in a way i could understand it in my 20s I would vebought a loooot of time... Finally, is it a procedure that a human has to pass so to become a sigma (or w.e it can be called) or it s something that if u notice early on you can face reality like a wise man and dont waste time being depressed... Also , all videos i seen so far is from a pov that makes us as charismatic people with no cons. Ok, some say that we cannot have girlfriends easily as loners, but they dont emfasise the fact that we sometimes want to express love but it s kinda difficult. They say that we prefer to be alone but when we socialise for a big moment like a sister s wedding we need days to get back to ourselves, to gain the energy we lost talking nonsense with relatives. I once had a 12h conversation with my brother back in the days when i couldnt work, i felt useless and depressed of not being a "good" part of society and after all the advice he told me i asked him if he thought that this convo was useful. He answered that he gained a lot from this chit chat and he was talking out of his heart. I felt soo exhausted that i slept 12h and 3 days in a row i was riding my bike (cycled 200kms in total) cause i felt that i need to. Now i understand all these freak outs i had... Nothing to brag though.. Just sharing thoughts...
Sigma Males have always been the underdogs of society. And just like underdogs, they have always been well known to come out on top, don't play by the rules, and most of all, they have absolutely nothing left to lose. They know what it's like to hit rock bottom, struggle, and stare at adversity in the eye, and beat it without even trying to! Next time you feel like the underdog, will you still play by the rules, or decide to reinvent the game forever?
I don't agree with the one point about not working overtime. A sigma will lock in and focus for hours on hours not wanting to quit until he's satisfied. He always outworks everyone else and is the last one to leave unless it's a job he doesn't like or teammates who try and dominate the task. I'll work 10 15 days straight no problem, but when I hit that wall no matter what day it is, I don't go in. My boss knows this and doesn't question my tactics at all. I could never work a regular 9 to 5 job. I need a mission to complete. Tell me what you need done and I'll get it done. The harder it is the better I get, especially if there is a time crunch. My brain really gets going into hyper-focus mode. When that happens I could be there for 20 hrs and not realize it. But if some loud mouth know it all comes in shouting orders I'm out. But that never happens anymore lol.

When you know your own value, you know that time spent with you is valuable. Therefore when a woman chooses to spend that time with someone else then she has lost her chance. End of story. When a girl chooses to spend time with another, and you choose to ask her out for a date in the evening you are communicating that you don't know your own value, and see her time as more valuable. This is a very common deep programming done to most men. I'd argue that one of the most important things a guy can learn concerning dating is saying no and learning to walk away when necessary.
