The idea of a teenage superhero with sharp and witty humor struggling through life is so close to Peter Parker and Spider-Man that it makes it very hard/bold to deviate from it. The folks at Insomniac Games in my opinion did a fantastic job at bringing the adult Spidey you mentioned to life. And I hope they continue that in Spider-Man 2.

He also got solidly knocked out by that crane handle hitting him, which is maybe low wall level at most. Then there's Kingpin's wall-level attacks severely hurting him. He was almost KO'd by being barely touched by the shockwave of a small building level explosion. The train stopping is just a reference to the movie; he never actually did it. His webs instantly breaking with no resistance makes it very clear that he can't even come close to stopping a train (which is also very unimpressive as a feat compared to MCU holding up a 1000+ ton bell tower and moving it out of the way of an orphanage with a mechanical disadvantage). Electro is absolutely not building level. Rhino destroys buildings by plowing through walls, which damage them to the point of collapsing. That's not building level either. This version of Spider-Man is consistently hurt by Wall-level and even regular human-level attacks.

Any of the Fantastic Four, the vast majority of the X-Men, any of the major Avengers could do this with no effort. There's a reason that they differentiate in the comics with city level heroes like Punisher and Daredevil and the big boys.

Parker just a kid, and batman a full grown man. Neither needed to be superheros, but the chose to be ones. Parker has lost more, considering he's younger than Bruce. He's expresses more emotions, he suffers, yet he keeps on smiling. Batman does have a heart, don't get me wrong, but he's more focused on doing his job then his own family. I used the integrated suit for my entire game play of Spider-Man and now I want to do it again only 'cause this video reminded me of Peter's first encounter with the "Dirty Half A Dozen".
A quick remember that Spider once punched Logan out of the Stark Tower when the window was supposed to be Indestructible. Context: Peter had a fight with MJ and Logan make a joke (Bc he would flirt with her sometimes). Yep thats true, but you if you were to take any 6 arkham villains a put them together and fight him at once, he would loses instantly. Also top 6 arkham villains are weaker than the sinister 6. There's a big difference between ps4 spidey and Arkham batgoat.

@@anindyasarkar6398 I don't disagree, Arkham Batman is a great character, and Kevin Conroy was a great voice actor, but batman still misses something. Spiderman is retable for a reason. Parker just a kid, and batman a full grown man. Neither needed to be superheros, but the chose to be ones. Parker has lost more, considering he's younger than Bruce. He's expresses more emotions, he suffers, yet he keeps on smiling. Batman does have a heart, don't get me wrong, but he's more focused on doing his job then his own family. Batman has some terrible point of views, and doesn't always put others before himself. Spiderman is selfless, has more passion, more will power than bats will ever had, so that's why he's a better character. I know I've completely gone of topic, but I felt like saying this.

Spiderman wasn't only ridiculously strong, but also a genius before he got bit and the bite enhanced everything about him including his intelligence end result being that even if he couldn't overpower his foes, he was always able to outsmart them
