One thing I would say mate, as this is a 2016 plate I believe so an early 140 I would have a look at the injectors. Seen very few with issues but defo worth a check/change for peace of mind. They was revised in late 2017…

What's the spec on your wheels, they look great? They look massive... How's the ride quality on rough roads?
Did you say in the video which fuel you were running on the OTS map? That is a significant factor.

Check your torque limits in xHP settings for that 5th gear

Theres a tick box on xHP for the torque limiting. Even at stage 1 ticking this made a big difference for me!

Why would you not get a custom map?
Nice and healthy that mate, my 140 did 467hp and 715nm stage 2 plus. That was with Vrsf Sports Cat, Cat back Remus, TU but with an AP open intake. Had a full service just before the run and custom tune really brought out the torque numbers. Just fitted diff and it’s now a widow maker….. I don’t get these b58s with 480+ numbers stage 2+, think they will have some heart break if they visited a proper dyno….
Ohh and of course I had XHP Stage 3….
I think this sort of power is the sweet spot. Anything more and traction just gets silly and it's unusable

I think I made a decision for the future. I discovered another neat little car that rose to the top of my list as my next option. The M240i. It also has the B58. So my next choices are a Supra, M240i, or M4. I am leaning towards the M240i because of the price, B58, and extra space. I will contact Darwinpro to see if their F22/M2 spoiler wing fits on the M240i. It is the best wing on the market for the 2 series BMW cars, and I rarely see it on any cars in pictures. This is what I am thinking about as my next car. I have researched the F82 M4 and A90 Supra. Now I have discovered this neat little M240i car with the x-Drive option. I think my next car in the future will be a 2017-2020 M240i because of the price, AWD x-Drive option, it has the B58 engine, and it has the extra car space I like. I don't like the appearance of the next generation of 2 series cars. 2018-2020 are the years I will choose. I have a stock 2016 Genesis Coupe 3.8 right now. The car is already becoming rare. Save it for the value, or sell it? Hmmm. 348 horsepower was nice to experience, but I am ready for the next level. I have never been in a turbocharged or supercharged car before.
M240 will have less space in the back/boot as M140

The load on that dyno is fking huge
My M240i made 485bhp on a custom stage 2+ tune, I believe they can run just over the 500 mark with a meth kit installed, most people go for the AEM kit for cooling purposes, something you could potentially look into

What brakes did you run on this set up
I’m running stage 3+ now with hybrid turbo, I run an EBC big brake kit on the fronts, upgrades to a 6 piston caliper setup

This doesn’t do a single thing to your engine 😂! No different to driving it on the road
B58s are bombproof mate, look after them and they’ll look after you..
there are b58's with 214k on the clock doing stage 3's.
my 340i xdrive has 160k km's on the clock and is running a stage2+ fine :)
This engine is so reliable toyota used it in their supra

7 issues, carly brings up so much crap its ridiculous! I get between 35 and 57 everytime i run diagnostics! Actually took my car back to the dealership when i got my first readings! They run a test and nothing came up! Coding is good on it but they want a subscription every year! £150.00…!!!!
