Here's one: If you sit in your car, and pull the driver's sun visor down, then slide open the little flap, there's a mirror with a light. Then make sure you can see your chin in the mirror. Put your thumbs either side of that giant spot (pimple or zit to the rest of the world) on your chin, angle your nails inwards and push them together, squeezing the pimple. Then that giant puss lump on your chin will explode, ejecting out puss & bacteria. If there is a hair in the pore, then get some tweezers and quickly yank it out, so the root comes with it. This will allow even more puss, and hopefully the puss-core/seed with it. If no success, then try squeezing this process a few days later, and the root cause of the pimple should come out with the second squeeze. Or the pimple will just come back. Wipe the area with an anti-bacterial wipe or even a tissue with some hand sanitizer on it, to disinfect the area, and so you don't spread the bacteria to other pores on your face.
