      I’m in physical therapy for it right now and strengthening the core is key! I have only went twice and I can already feel relief! Look up more stretches like this! I hope it helps you❤

      No seriously. Every time my back starts to hurt I spent a week doing tons of different core exercises and I'm good for a few weeks or months

    I just finished 3 sets of 10’a and I’m feeling great. This was easy to do that didn’t make my back hurt. Thanks for sharing this.

    This was one of the first exercises my physio gave me for lower back pain, modified with a resistance band around the ankle to increase the difficulty. Be wary of doing what he did at the end by high-fiving her, losing core tension and letting your spine leave the ground can be very painful in this exercise!

    Janda really had it figured out. Both this and bird dogs helped to rehabilitate me the most.

    Thank you so much ! I did sit ups and my lower back which is already weak hurt more than it did . Did this workout only 2 moves and the pain is gone ! ❤❤❤😢

    i’ve been experiencing lower back pain for almost a month. did scans, went to doctors but they don’t see any problems. lately i’ve been trying various exercises on youtube for back pain relief and they actually gave me pain instead of relief. after doing 10 reps of this the back pain is gone 🩵😭 THANK YOU! i will keep going another 5-6 sets hahah

    I really need an exercise that will work for me. I usually have lower back pain, but today it was worse. After playing soccer my Lowe back pain gotten worse, and I can barely walk.

    My left hip does a loud deep thud every time I lower it, it’s not painful but feels weird, should I continue or do a different exercise?

    This move hurts when I do it. My back curves in at my lower back right above my butt, and I believe it is called hyperlordosis. So what to do now?

    What if I get popping in my hips each time my legs go out?

      I think that means weak hips as well. This will probably help that as well.

    Deadbug. But this make it worse for me. Even the regression version of just bringing the heal down. My Physical Therapist had me doing this
