The Pallazio is designed with the entertainer in mind. The central common area which is the heart of the home contains your large kitchen with center island, large living room and dining room. Hi Gary, you are correct. When it comes to most new homes, the price online is the base price which normally does not include upgrades, lot or pool. All homes and builders are different, but as a general rule if you see a price online and you want it to look like a model home I would use this calculation: Base price + 15%-20% + Pool (If you want one). Ultimately we need to confirm that and the price could be a little lower but I would rather over estimate and not be surprised. Apologies! It is down the hall from the 2nd bed (across from the den). Here is a Pallazio model at a different community in Sarasota but it shows the laundry room:

You know what I want?! One of these houses in the 450 range! Am I dreaming?! haha

@@cynthiamcpherson6054 Hi Cynthia, the price can range substantially, it really all depends on the lot premium, structural options and design options you choose. What’s your time frame? Also, would you consider the Pallazio in another nearby Esplanade community or does it have to be Azario?

Hello, I prefer the Azario at Lakewood Ranch area it’s close to my job and my granddaughter’s ballet school. And what’s the difference between a golf lot? I prefer a lot with the lake .
