First Ride in Over 5 Months - QECP Winter Shred!

- Oh it feels good. It feels good to finally be home after a long 5 month deployment in the Middle East on HMS MONTROSE. I've really missed the riding and my mates over the course of that period, but what can you do.
I actually arrived back in Plymouth which is home to the ship on the 16 Dec 22. What a homecoming it was. No expence spared to make sure it was an unforgettable moment for all.
I would have ridden much soon, but I've been full of this lurgy that is doing the rounds and it's wiped me out for a couple of weeks now. However, I couldn't miss todays event knowing that most of my local mates were hitting the trails. QECP is a challenge to say the least in the winter months, and although the riding makes me a little nervous right now I did start to settle into it after the first couple of runs.
Just sit back and enjoy the ride.

I love go to QECP but problem is getting there as can’t drive I need take New Ebike out Xmas riding sabotaged as got Covid 1 week before Xmas bet you glad not on Prince of Wales as it spent more getting fixed than doing Job
