QECP Blue Route Fastest Lap

Taking on Queen Elizabeth Country Park's mountain bike Blue Route with the Scott Scale.
Fitness slowly coming back after a few years off! Loving the dry trails and the work the done on the tracks around the park is excellent.

Really quick! What device does the telemetry overlay on the video?

data is recorded with my Garmin Edge, then activity file is synced to the video (Mp4) using Garmin Virb Edit (free software). You can select from a bunch of metrics in the software to customise the presentation.
