Women seem to be able to get away with alot more heights. Short women are cute and tall women are strong. As a man you either have to he average height or above

The optimal body fat percentage for men and women are different. Men= 15%, women=25%. Optimal as in optimal for health, energy, libido, testosterone, hormonal balance, aesthetics etc.. The percentages are median values of course, a deviation of 3% plus or minus on either side is acceptable. The reason for different optimal bodyfat percentages is that women hold, on an average, ~10% body fat more, covering their organs (mainly breasts and pelvic areas but also the liver) for proper reproductive health and hormonal balance. That being said, a woman at 25% would look the same as a man at 15%. The difference is entirely internal. Women shouldn't try to get to any less than 20% bodyfat since that may cause menstrual issues and may even strip always fertility. The leanest for guys would be 12%-14% and for chicks, 22%-24%.
These aren't my views. I'm studying kinesiology and these are facts. I understand in the video the guy meant well for everyone.
I was gonna make a similar comment. A woman at 20% is like a guy at 10%, some can maintain but most say they can’t. There’s also a misconception in what exactly these % look like. Real reality is that we can guess but we can’t tell bc ppl look different at different %. Natural Hypertrophy for example is 6 feet 210 pounds so he has to be a little above 15%, most ppl would think he’s 13-15%. Women have bigger curves at higher body fat so it’s arguably better for them to be at higher than lower assuming they have enough lean mass

@@goncalopereira84 actually, 10%-15% is a big difference. However, 12-17% is the most optimal for health. Anything below 12% bf would lead your testosterone to plummet, your libido will crash, you'll feel like shit and drained. The only guys who stay at sub 10% bodyfat year round are on PEDs and that is not at all advisable since that carries it's own weight of problems. But yes, 12% bodyfat for a month while on a beach vacation to pull bad bitches would be sick. Another major factor would be muscle. Even with 2yr experience of proper weight lifting will make a huge difference in how your bodyfat is perceived. I'm at 15% year round and I get called 11% by even my gym buddies. Maybe they're just flattering me, but 15% with a little muscle looks awesome as compared to 10% without muscle

I think men need have better aesthetics to be termed as attractive bcoz women have long hair and wear makeup so most of the time their face is considered okay even if it's not defined , men specially masculine ones need to have defined face .

One important thing to note. Women can be average or below average looking but have the above average body and she will score 2-3 points in men. Most women can be a 7-s for most of the guys. Keep in mind that men can and do date down. Also men attractiveness is often hindered and lower than actual one. So you can have a situation when 8/10 men will date a 4/10 women with really good body as good body will elevate her to 7/10. In this world solid 7/10 women will still have a better dating results than many 8/10 men. This is reality. Now - try the same with 4/10 short guy. Or even 4/10 tall guy. If he get a god body he will be max 6/10 for most of the women. Which will be on pair with 5/10 overall rated women.

There isn't enough info on the ideal jawline. I've never really seen any study where box head jaw or overly round jaw is ideal on women. It's usually that in the middle v shape jawline. For the jawline we have that one study for reference and nothing for women. You should get dudes to rate female jawlines eye areas etc so we can actually learn about female aesthetics
Bro i am 5'5 with a little bit of big nose and big lips but i maintain my hairs and used to have a jawline which faded away because of the fat. I am preparing for exam so cant maintain my jawline but after 4 months my exams will be over and i will start hitting gym again. Women overall can do a lot with make up, nose/earrings, hairs, extention of eyebrows etc. They can in general get away with more flaws while they can date up.
As a guy you can try to fullfill the "female gaze", to looksmax your face. However I can only recommend that to a certain extent, "soft" looksmax: Having a good face hygiene, "fix" your eyebrows and having good hairs. I mean you still want to feel and appear masculine. To do makeup as guy I dont like personally (you are a guy not a girl), however in personal case it can be helpful if someone think that is neeeded for him.

Took the face test (the bullshit test which tells you if you have a symmetric face), because I know my face is alright. Got a score between 80 and 90% every time. Which is on average higher than Brad Pitt. Still I am horrible with women. So... face doesn't really mean a lot at all.

@@neroangelo2028It's easy mathematics. It will tell you if your face is symmetric or not by setting up lines/measurements. But it can depend on the angle of the photo (of course). Marylin Monroe and Taylor Swift scores the best among women. But having a symmetric face doesn't really matter if you have poor social skills etc. I see people everywhere say: Having a pretty face is all that matters. But it's not! It's all about social skills, and confidence.

@@neroangelo2028 It's called "Prettyscale". And I agree... symmetry is all good, but facial harmony as you call it, and personality, peculiarity matters just as much (if not more). And personality will always take you the furthest.
Personality > confidence/money is tied > pretty face > being ripped. I would rate it like this.
