I'm a 27yo 5'8 guy and I dunno where I fall on the scale, but based on my experiences I'm maybe a 7, 8? Though I guess I'm a "chad". It can help to be aware of your wrist use it to know there your fingertips are. repeat for 3 set, dont do the exercise again for at least 2 weeks. This simple exercise grounds you in the body and brings you awareness to the moment without having to go through a life or death situation.
I just want to say this is one of the best responses I've ever seen in regards to these topics. I typically don't like blackpill spaces as I feel they're filled with a *certain type* of person, but in reality i believe in it about 30-40% I'd say. I'd say socialization factors and awareness also matter a lot more than some let on and many do seem to suffer from poor social development (in part maybe a genetic thing aka autism).
