+Yolktru Cool, i need advice. I am currently playing Fallout 4 and i will soon finish playing it. I have the Skyrim game of the year edition for PS3. What's your advice on how to start it? Or just send me a link to a good site for glitches and tips.
+Hinz Zimmler Max your sneaking by slashing the Greybeards with an iron dagger. Max your pickpocketing by saving before every try (might take a while, but stealing things like arrows from guards might be easier). Max your enchanting AND smithing by making iron daggers and enchanting them with the Banish enchantment. Keep repeating that process and you will get rich too. The Banish enchantment needs to be extracted from a weapon, that weapon costs about 8000, which is a lot in the beginning. So try to join the Thieves Guild as soon as possible. There's a glitch in Dawnstar that has a "hidden chest" in the ground, look it up if you want free stuff.

Nelson Mikailov What he said. I couldn't have explained it better, except for the Iron Daggers thing. Once you've crafted to a certain level of Smithing, you'll come to a point where the daggers don't do much. You'll need to start crafting Dwarven bows, and to find parts for them is very easy. You can just explore Dwemer ruins and pick up the scrap metal and smelt it into dwarven ingots, or go to Markarth and steal all the ingots >:D
Or buy some ingots and wait until the Merchant has their stock refilled (I think it takes 3-4 in-game days).
+Hinz Zimmler - turn off all the autosaves except for save on menu and make it every 5 or 10 minutes. it'll drastically reduce the ps3 versions pathetic load times to a very acceptable level while still maintaining some auto save capability so you don't lose your data if you ever crash (happens on ps3 sometimes as well). i play skyrim on the ps3 still and i enjoy it.

It's a shame you can't actually save Lokir of Rorikstead. He still dies no matter what. Not that it really matters, since apparently nobody in the village he is from has ever heard of him or ever mentions him. He never even had a house there. The same goes for the poor guy being executed in Solitude, Roggvir. Even if you manage to stop him being beheaded, if you try to talk to him moments afterwards he will suddenly fall down dead of an apparent heart-attack.

Even in the Diplomatic Immunity even if you save Malborn you won't get any special bonus. after so many tries I was like soo pissed of that shit I quit the game and complete the quest all over again.

Once when I started a new file, the horse was in a different spot for some reason. Probably just another glitch. Thanks to this, when the archers fired at lokir, they miraculously hit the horse instead and lokir escaped unscathed. I immediately decided to make my dragonborn look as close to him as I could get and played through the game as lokir. As hadvar was asking my name, the horse was still trying to kick the imperial archer to death.... Best start to a playthrough I've ever had.

I second CyberPowerPC. I got a cheap one (around $400-500) and later upgraded the graphics card and PSU for about $300 dollars. I play Skyrim on Ultra settings and lots of graphics mods and rarely go under 50 fps now. Any Bethesda game should be played on the PC because they consistently sell broken/buggy games and the only way they are playable (enjoyable) is by downloading the patches that modders always wind up making for the initial game and any DLCs that come out.
Nitron DSP My pc fully customized costed me 450 / 500 euro. and i have no problems playing games on higher settings.. just look at what you buy and build your own computer. its not as hard as people think. and it saves you alot of money.

I'm laughing at the people saying that Skyrim shouldn't be played with mods... the only people saying that are the ones who have to play the game on consoles. A good majority of the mods for Skyrim fix the broken vanilla game that Bethesda made (and makes every time they release a game). Some of the biggest mods are patches like the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (and all of the DLC patches) and SKYUI (smarter interface for PC playing), which only make the game what it should have been to begin with. Then there are mods like InterestingNPCs that add flavor to the game by adding more characters to the game (and who actually have personalities). Sure, there are god item mods but you don't have to download them--I don't, but I also don't care if someone else does. If it makes the game more fun for them, then they should go ahead and do it. In the end, it's a GAME, whose purpose is to entertain. Console commands aren't awful either. I've had to use console commands more times than I can count to fix glitches and broken quests. Just today, I had to use the setstage command in the Molag Bal quest because I couldn't kill Logrolf for some reason. A few days ago, I had to talk to an injured guy outside of a cave but couldn't because he was floating in the air, so I used the disable command and then re-enabled him and he was back on the ground and I could talk to him. I've fallen through the floor of a dwarven ruin because the floor decided it didn't want to be their anymore, so I used the tcl command (turns off collisions) and flew back up to where I should have been to begin with...
Sorry for the massive post but I've seen too many people dissing mods and console commands in this comment section.

im kinda new to skyrim and i really need some expert advice. i play as a sneaky character and occasionally pull out my magic and one handed weapons when i really have to. but im really stuck when it comes to my armour. i want light armour, but i really want daedric armour too. is it okay if i use a full dragonSCALE armour with daedric helmet and daedric gauntlets? will it affect the light armour "sneaky-ness" i dont mind about the leveling i just want to know if having 2 pieces of daedric will make my entire light armoud useless? also i want to know which 2 1 handed weapons i should use? i like daggers and swords, i dont know what i want to get like either chilrend of blade of woeor daedric dagger/sword or the mehrunes razor? i really dont know, so please from experience which 2 weaons should i use together? and which enchantments on it. plz help :D

Yeah wearing heavy armor effects your sneak skill but there is a perk for heavy armor that makes it weigh nothing at all. So you can actually get full Daedric armor and have it weigh less than light armor. But its far along in the perk tree, going to have to hold out being heavy for a while.
do the dark brotherhood qeust and use there light armor its one of the best gives you 100% bow shiil 25% sneaking two handed attacks do twice the damage in sneak and use all the sneak perkswith that armor you can sneak easily and do stealth kils downside is if you are spotted and the guards attack you have to get out quick i suggets getting ivisibility spell fron the college of winterhold but you do need at least 75 illusion lvl also thesere a perk in the sneaking skill tree that lets you do 15x damage with daggers combined with the double daage of the gloves it does 30 times damage so a dagger that does 12 damage normal does 360 damage in sneak go figure so this will makes you able to kill giants with one hit of a dagger if you use smithing to make your weapens even better i have a dagger that does 60 damage x 30 =1200 damage from my dagger alone i dont even count in the encantments i can place on it this way evrybody is dead before they even see you without you losing anything at all no health lost or potions needed but you can always have them as an extra
