I'm already late so. If you're wondering, this scene is included in the Extended Cut version. So you should definitely watch the movie with the Extended Cut, cause it's much better.
Honestly I don't understand pet saying that the original was better unless they just like it for nostalgic sentiment, because the original is...well it's kind of silly. It has scary parts, but the acting and special effects are better in the new one. They are two totally different movies, the original being more of a cult film. I like them both for different reasons.
To be fair both had there flaws but they were both products of the time. I like the original though mostly because the dated effects are more excusable then when I see them in the 4th/remake
You DEFINITELY DON'T know ABSOLUTELY nothing !!!!!. THE EVIL DEAD (1981) IS THE ONE AND THE ONLY EVIL DEAD THAT EXIST !!!!!. THE ONE AND THE ONLY MASTERPIECE THAT EXIST !!!!!. AND THE ONE AND THE ONLY HORROR MOVIE THAT EXIST !!!!!. You are SUCH a dumbass !!!!!!!!
I agree. The original is great but the remake is what it could’ve been had the actors been more experienced and a larger budget. But learn to crawl before you can walk, right?
I hate to correct you Jane, but the girl who sang the song in the original was Linda, not Shelly. Too bad it got cut out, I was really looking forward to that scene. Too bad. Still good movie.
I think it was in the theatrical version cause my boyfriend had seen the movie before me and I saw only this scene in a commercial on Chiller so I texted him "we're gonna get you" and he knew exactly what movie I was talking about

That's IMPOSSIBLE !! there is currently only 1 version of this movie and this scene was cut out. But in case you're right , where did you see that version and how ??
My friend has a dvd of it. It might be some sort of exclusive thing or something but I am very positive that it was in the version that I saw. I will have to watch it again to be 100% sure though.
I was waiting through the entire film to see this scene and, of course, it never played. It actually soured me on the film, although I learned to enjoy the film afterward. But it's annoying to have a scene in the preview and not include it in the movie. It was probably a ploy for DVD sales, but I won't buy it.
Why do they do that, make an amazing scene, include it in the trailer, watch the film, Its not there! I was waitin for this scene and was upset it got deleted :P
Nah...if included this scene in the movie as a homage to the original could ruin the pacing, I rather they removed it. But seriously they should at least included it in the deleted scenes special features on DVD & Bluray...Hell they didn't even have deleted scenes in Bluray & DVD special features!!
Editor: Sir, we have a problem. Director: What is it now? Editor: Well, sir, we have this scene where the demon in the cellar is singing this creepy little rhyme. Homage to the original, you see. Director: And? Editor: And it's unnerving, sir. Scares the shit out of me if you must know. It just doesn't fit in with the rest of the movie at all. Director: I see. Well, obviously it'll have to go. You know, for the most part, I fucking HATE remakes.
I feel your pain I just watched the remake and I got to tell you, it was awful. I wasnt much of a big fan of Evil Dead back then cause to me it wasnt really that scary In this it's even less scary and more stupid as hell Like back then horror movies was expected to be like that cause that was a key signature for every horror movie In this chopped up shit stain it made me want to slap someone mostly the director for not putting enough effort to the movie and deleting the one thing that was good.
nope, I love bothe, too! the remake is fucking awesome and the best thing the could make was to left ash outside ;- so it's not a real remake more a reboot ;-) and damn those splatter FX .... fucking insane, I love this movie so much
This scene was in the trailer, and I was SO bummed when it wasn't in the movie itself.
It's in the extended cut, you can watch it 🙌
@@dannyjorde2677😮
How can they take that part out.m it's the best movie in the world.. but they took that out. This part lol
Why the Hell did they delete
this famous scene in the whole movie?
She is damm beautiful.
Yea even as a demon-possessed lunatic 😆
I agree 100%
Waifu
I love her so much. She can be cute, she can be scary, crazy. I love her character at Monster Truck and Office Rising too.
I think I'm in love with her. She's my favorite character to play as in the Evil Dead game.
Same
Same.
Scene used in the trailers to get people to watch it, cut out of the movie completely. Who even made this decision?
The MPAA.
its in the extended cut so it's good to buy the extended cut
She is fucking amazing in this movie
This should have been left in as it is blood-chillingly eerie.
It was removed to make it R rating, along with other scenes that granted it an NC-17 rating.
@@KylanHarvNothing about this scene is NC-17 worthy. Hell it’s not even R worthy, no reason for taking it out

they were both good movies. But opinions vary, so some people will like the original and some the remake. It doesn't matter as long as you enjoy it.

Fuck! Such a great scene but they've cut it off. Just like the girl's arm.
i love this scene.. but it was so pity because this scne was delete
:09 you can tell she's been practicing those crazy eyes lol !!
I think it was in the theatrical version cause my boyfriend had seen the movie before me and I saw only this scene in a commercial on Chiller so I texted him "we're gonna get you" and he knew exactly what movie I was talking about
That movie scared the shit out of me as a child. Saw it as an adult and was really disappointed on Ash and the whole crew

You are full of crap because when you posted this, it didn't exist
Same here bro.
Ash and Mia should work together if they make evil Dead 4 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👍⚡💯
NEVER should have been removed... Was the director smoking crack that day?
I guess he has
same feeling. seems so dumb to remove this awesome scene...
I swear i saw this in the movie
Those are really huge contacts
That was linda who said that in the first but in the cellar was Cheryl

So mad they didn't keep it
Cool

When I was watching the movie I was really looking forward to this part, only to find out it got deleted ! -_-
EXACTLY.
I WAITED FOR THIS
why did they delete it?
Demons do exist
Why, oh WHY was this scene cut from the movie?!
Because the MPAA gave it a NC-17 rating, so they had to remove it to make it R rating.
0:02 derp.
have they really deleted tis scene?
why?
there was a german trailer with this part in it!
but the eng version is better
Why do they do that, make an amazing scene, include it in the trailer, watch the film, Its not there! I was waitin for this scene and was upset it got deleted :P

I wonder why my youtube sugestion feed is full of horror movie trailers and on top it's miley cirus new song.
Hmmm...

They focused more on high quality makeup than the actual storyline. That's why it sucks.

I honestly wish the voice distorted when she did the song...
Butters Butterbutt it is in the actual deleted scene but this clip was when they where filming so it wasn't changed in post production yet
Why the h*ll did they delete this scene? The other scene in the movie sucks.
