Scholarship applications open before Fall sem. You will have to apply at that time.

I did my application as soon as my admission was confirmed, you should also do the same. Check qualification criteria to see if you can apply before getting admission.

You can apply via UNT's scholarship portal. Any scholarship above $1000 can help you get in-state tuition fees.
