I’m retired law enforcement in Cali. Your vids are awesome. You bring fear, laughter and love in a matter of seconds. Kids love you, adults love you. An arrest means incarceration at the jail till your appearance date, or bail, or booked and released with a court date. A misdemeanor citation is a criminal ticket with a court date where you have not been booked at the county jail. just saying its a prank after someone has a heart attack does not make things ok.
