Thats his brain attempting to lessen the input before it oveheats. If the interview had gone on any longer he'd have had to shut both eyes and lay down to be able to continue.

i knew derrick bird when i i was younger my dad used to go drinking in the pub with him when they were younger, he was a kind and great man that everyone knew, he just flipped and am sorry that it even happened at all,

This was a terrible day but so weird hearing a broad west Cumbrian on the news! Love how accents change every 5 miles in Cumbria. Yes we do actually say ‘eh’ all the time and say ‘boyo’ a lot more than the welsh.
