You will just keep on starting again and again from nothingness....if u don't acknowledge the past. What you see today as right may be proved wrong in a few decades in the future. This has been the human history all this time... Like every model of the atom. A new theory came and the last one was rejected. That same way we need to make sense out of the knowledge our ancestors left for us. And integrate some of ours. Years of experience should not be belittled ...but the new should learn from it. If you do understand the theory of natural selection then you should also know ...that The practices that don't benefit are abandoned. And if something has survived this long then it must have some truth or benefit in it.

you might know that there has to be a place where myth is allowed as part of personal and cultural development, science lives in the realm of the unknown (the yet to be imagined found and qualified ) when you, I or anyone is in possession of a belief we tend to hold onto it as if nothing else could be true. But beyond our beliefs, we must accept that there is territory for exploration, in this clip we are invited to take a journey of possibility.
The ancient wisdom has live on and in its way invites us back to nature and simplicity.

Thank you thank you thank you . Finally another one like me who understands the dept and the supreme knowledge of our indian culture and is on a attempt to teach it in a simple manner . I had interest in it but couldn't find any resources to learn about it properly and take my knowledge deeper into the subject . I also want people to start appreciating and atleast learn the significance of how scientific and modern and sensible our culture is . It hurts me to see that our own people sometimes disregard it and rather the western world accepts it more respectfully . Great work buddy ! Keep going . You are doing a great job

Brother I salute you. I believe you are the best. You made the basic concepts look so simple. It’s very difficult to make difficult concepts look simple which you have done ✅ and many others have made easy concepts look difficult. You made me realise that Ayurveda is must for everyone. My full support to you. 🙏🏼Keep uploading more videos on different chapters of Ashtanga Hridayam. Thanks once again. 🙏🏼
