The major problem these two unfortunate officers lack is "strong connection". Also, their exposure was too global and very embarrassing. Also, 90% of those in that hall are probably worse than them. It is good these two "guinea pigs" have been dismissed, but when will the heavily corrupt high ranking officers be dismissed too? We pray they get globally exposed too!
Gotta start from somewhere, some gotta be scapegoats!
The little ones are the ones aiding the big ones. If the little ones are serious they will expose the big ones and people will stand by them.
Amen to your prayers.
Africa needs a change. Well done Nigerian government. A journey if thousand miles begins with a step. Bravo commissioner.

Just dey play😂
How i wish our corrupt politicians can also be globally exposed.
What other global exposure do you need? Former British prime minister, David Cameron called us "fantastically corrupt".
Your current president was proven to be a a drug dealing fraud and your Supreme Court said that it was okay...so what are you saying 😅😅😅
@@ericanthony2852 I think he means consequences.....everything is exposed already but there is no forces that follows through
Some of our Presidents, governors, and ministers have been globally exposed. But what happened to them?
@uchennaonuzulike584 they forced to resign and some are prosecuted
This is why I stopped going to Nigeria
I’m scared 😳
The last time I was there, a policeman stopped us, I had just landed and was on my way to the village
He ordered my sister to sit in the back while he got in the front and directed our driver to the police compound
Once there he demanded money and wouldn’t let us leave
I was so scared
We had to pay
I’ve never been back since 😢
Sad, but if that is the reason why you have not visited Nigeria ever since I laugh 😆
9ja worst pass like that!
Did you see how election is done in nigeria?that should tell you everything
I would have accepted the arrest- call my consulate because my King will have to hear about this
were you coming from UK?
@@fidelcatsro6948yes I was
Policemen extorting money from motorists on our roads has been with us for years and not every Nigerian has access to a camera or can boldly record police men asking for money. Unfortunately, the sacking of these two policemen does not deal with the root causes.
But it's a good start.
They can even use the training they got in Nigerian police to become a kidnapper , highway robbery or any sort of criminal act 😢😢
Sorry for these fall guys, they practiced what is regularly practiced throughout the length and breath of Nigeria, from the presidency, National Assembly. Ports Authority, Customs and the Military. This the stock in trade of all Nigeria Institutions.
Exactly, the whole police in Nigeria are culpable in this matter
Even the boss who said on that video that they should let her go is also should be dismissed because obviously they've been doing that except for the woman he said in the video they should let her go😮
God himself will help us to arrest and punish those in high places of authority by himself by whatever means he will employ.
Either through sickness, untimely death or imprisonment within or outside of the country, let God decide that.
As we can see Godwin Emefiele's own today. In his case it is we Nigerians that will win through God help.
They send part of what they collect to oga at the top
Most police officers never learn. Let the IG, AIGs, or DIGs do disguised visits to roads along the south east and south south corridors and see for themselves.
Dey play... The boys remit to the big boys.
That is if they are not involved in the practices 😮
@hoodiqTV has said it all
How can they disguise, can they go without siren on bad roads, can they go without armed men and armed vehicles, then you will know what kidnappers can do.

Big thief punishing small thief for ............. Nigerian police na WA ooh
Exactly what on my mind
I feel so said for them.
They were only trying to build a rapor and hospitality
I am from Sierra Leone but currently living in the United States. I watched the video and I screamed with laughter. This just exposes how corruption in Africa has become pandemic. Even if the woman would have given him money, how much do you think that money would have been. Even here in America there is corruption, but not in the magnitude or manner the way it is in Africa honestly. You visit an office for official purposes, you can openly see the civil servants begging for money. Sometimes your businesses will not be addressed even until you give them money. Shame on you who are corrupt
You do not live in the United States.
Stop capping bozo.
@@roywhitaker007 whats that supposed to mean? where do YOU live lmfao
The usa is the most corrupt country on earth. What country do you think is paying the bribes?
@@07juju yes it has something to do with this. I’m making a social reality comparison between my home continent ( West Africa to be specific) and that of the continent where I’m currently living. I was born in the 80s raised, schooled and grew up in Sierra Leone, so I know exactly what are the social realities of these countries including Nigeria. They are extremely corrupt to the highest peak, that’s why it’s difficult for Africa to minimize poverty honestly. Until people begin to understand that not having sustainable electricity, housing, pure water and roads etc. is a result of pandemic corruption
There is so much corruption in Africa bc her womb is the richest.
Thieves condemning other thieves. Their judgements will be worse. What's the difference between road extortion and office bribes?
I agree. Thieves condemming other thieves
No thief likes his fellow thief 😔😠😔
They re heading straight to criminal cartel. New kidnappers have been birthed straight up. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
And they will one day be caught again and throw in the prison
They should take it across the country and if they do, we will have only 5% left in the job. They should campaign about it more across the count both physical and thru media. I think that will help, because their oga on that table is guilty of the act as well.
Will the CP swear to an oath that he has not extorted? The Nigerian police 'stinks'!
Will you swear to an oath that he has extorted? Because you think he may have extorted before, the constables should not be punished?
What are you talking about I can’t understand Nigerians. So they should be let free because the cp might not be innocent himself. What an insensitive logic.
Using these guys to shine. Corruption is part and parcel of them all
@@IshakuIbrahimTure-on9zv so let corruption thrive right?
When we don't go after the number one corrupt politicians and so, why would I wholly be celebrating hypocrisy. We love to celebrate nonsense and eyeservice by the purveyors of the corruption itself. Corrupt people are the ones ruling us. Is Gandollar not APC chairman.
Love that part when they marched in but walked out. 😭🤣💀
That means.... The entire police 🚓 in Nigeria will be striped off 😂😂
If you have can provide a video to support your claim
@@clementadeola1477absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
@@clementadeola1477What video evidence. It's happening on daily and they don't hide it.
I don’t see all of them doing this , that’s a nonsensical statement
They screwed with the WRONG lady... She is brave beyond description and takes no crap, from anyone. Have been following her for years now. She's been to places I won't go!
And, like me, she has a camera (or a few) running all the time... anyone adventure touring or riding a bike period should. Problem here is those two guys superiors should be getting the same treatment. Betcha they got their shirts back 1 minute after the went outside.
itchyboots?
@@datadavisyes. She is.
thieves dismissing thieves. I really feel bad for them. May they find something to do
Indeed thieves dismissing thieves I wonder
You are part of the problem in Nigeria. You lack integrity and accountability. YOU ARE NOT READY FOR A NEW NIGERIA.
See their bad dressing
The short one is really going through tough times. See the colour of his singlet
Exactly. I watched the video and I don't think their action truly calls for dismissal, a warning could do. Even though they asked the Dutch lady for something they didn't insist and let the lady go without wasting time. These people are equally poorly paid and have zero protection doing their job. And the commissioner using the Teachers as an excuse for failure of the government is ludicrous.
I don’t know what’s worse: being fired or having that shirt be revealed underneath the uniform😂🤣🤣🤣
They are just the scapegoats of the police. They just represented and painted a good picture of the Nigerian police and the corruption in the Nigerian system - from presidency to judiciary and to legislature.
In our country Malawi, we call this "hooking up small fish" while big fishes are carefully put back into the river.
This is very good but I wish the Nigerian police would start going after the corrupt politicians in Nigeria. The Nigerian police have failed to realize the enormous power they have. They should be the engine house of our country in fighting corruption and the decay in our society. Nigeria can become better if only the police can do their part.
If Abiola Ahmed Tinubu can forged certificate and rigged elections police officers caught on camera asking for money from a tourist is nothing
How can they fight corruption when they themselves are corrupt??
Corruption is the way in Africa & South America. It starts at the top and filters down.
Also Thailand
Wow that was very theatrical, from the marching and swinging their arms to the removal of their shirts.
These cops were kicked out of the force but I know for a fact that normally they are assigned to "roadblocks" with the intent to demand money and the police chuef gets his/her cuts. I have noticed that in Africa most cops do not patrol. They are just waiting at roadblocks to "collect" money. If they are not assigned to roadblocks they are not doing anything and quite upset about it.
As a ghanaian our own needs that lady telephone number to see if he can jakpa go Europe 😂
The world is watching Africa! The entire world is seeing this!
Ok?
Thanks to social media and video camera. Everyone is now a journalist.
Good job sirs that video was very disturbing i felt bad even though not Nigerian but as an African because it always comes back to all of us ❤
More Nigerian citizens should get body cameras, so corrupt officals can be exposed!
That's if you are the road and you are not breaking any traffic laws..
We are just discovering ourselves , there are many innocent Nigerians that are harassed and extorted by police and nothing is done because this is done to a foreigner and cannot be covered .
Only because she was a white woman nah why them act a lot happened to their citizens by the police but they never care to take actions
Maybe because this incident was caught on 📹
These two police officers brought shame to Nigeria and Nigerians
They did. They brought shame...... no excuses for the shame they brought to Nigeria. Our musicians, Actors, Doctors, Scientists, Writers, Sportsmen and women, educated and talented Nigerians are trying to repair Nigeria's image abroad and doing a good job at that already.... Nigerians are now known here in America as the Kings and Queen of good music and exciting movies... and geniuses in education...... And these ones continue to rubbish our image.
The Nigerian police force can do better for ORDINARY NIGERIANS FIRST.
CSU certificate nko
Those big heads brought more shame than these yet they stay put and those who pronounced judgement on these two , salute those who brought Big shame to Nigerians. Disgraceful what a nation and its laws 😢 😢
Simple as that . I see comment people saying . It becuase she is foreigners. Yes we know . Even the dpo or commissioner of police or senators ,politicians none of them hand clean we leave in a corrupt country and we pray we get off it . But not to a foreigner. That is the point ☝️ painting the image of Nigeria more bad .
Can police officers in Nigeria at large get proper training? Can you see how the CO is trying to command them but they didn't understand the two-step backward match? That is ridiculous.
Training? What training? Let's hit the nail on the head. The simple problem is that they are not paid sufficient enough. Nigeria has not even agreed what the minimum wage in the country should be. YOU, how much will you expect as a LIVABLE wage for doing the risky police work? Be honest. How much will be sufficient for you? Match the quality of life of foreign police to here in Nigeria.? N500,000, N800,000 monthly. Right?
Do you know what they get here in NIgeria standing under hot sun breathing diesel smoke? Say their salary amount. This is the reason they will ALWAYs ask for bribe and behave disorderly.
Very good decision I commend the commissioner for his action..
So this offices were dismissed because of foreigners? What about ordinary Nigerians that are been surpress everday on the street...not that l supports what the did...but the law should not be discriminated...
The message is don't get caught collecting bribes from foreigners. As if it doesn't happen to ordinary Nigerians daily and no one does anything. Again, if it had been a Nigerian that made the video and posted, your guess is as good as mine. If you know, you know.
By the unspoken rule of Nigerian police, these men's only crime is that they got caught.
Need this in South Africa ASAP
As I type, they are both working security in Dublin 😂😂
Prosecuted publicly, what a disgrace.. hope they will move on
I love Nigeria ....hopefully the Cameroonian Government sees this as does the same as the woman was stopped a million times in Cameroon
Yes. Cameroonian border authority insist that the travel papers of noraly are fake even though for the fact it's genuine.
Damn this is something else
Nigeria's police have learnt their lesson: never extort a civilian with a camera. Extort, yes, but also confiscate the camera 🤣
Why did the politicals who put them in that condition not being treated this way?
Life isn't fair at all
Why not fight for their right instead of extorting the masses. ?
Why brutalize the masses when they protest for police reform?
Did i just hear "them nor know that one oh" 😂😂😂😂😂
Unfortunate for the two because the people dismissing them may have committed, committing or planning worse offense. 99% from top brass to rank and file are the same. However, the saying goes "whom they catch na him be thief" When criminal cabal is running a country.
Well done, if u think ur salary isn't enough quite and go look for other job in sted to bring shame to our dear country, God bless you sir 😂😂😂😂
You are so right......
Exactly! It's not by force they have to work in the police force.
One even tried speaking in American accent, "Wetin you bring come?...". I had a good laugh 😂
É mais inteligente que tu que provavelmente só falas inglês...
You Africans you like complaining about corruption but in your hearts you have normalise it. That is why some people are complaining that the punishment is harsh. In some countries people are killed for corruption.
They don't know Dt one o! What a shame!..even this commissioner is sick..
A criminal is always a criminal, but he or she is not guilty until been caught in action and proving guilty.
Why didn’t he fire himself too 😂
Like he never collect bribe before 😂😂
Naija my country
The moment I watched the video I know that it will end up in tears😅😅
Lovely 😂, they are an embarrassment to the Nigerian 🇳🇬 police force 💯
Lovely dismissal I salute 🫡
Ooop, I thought he was joking. Maybe how she reacted steered it to be more playful. But it did bring a frown upon my face watching.
This is not justice. I watched the video where these two police officers were literally begging a Dutch lady for money. I want to bring to your attention, Mr. IGP, that your men who are usually at the international airport beg passengers arriving in the country. They hype you with all sorts of names such as 'Chairman,' 'leader,' and 'Boss' to get money from you. Officers of the law caught in that manner should also be prosecuted or dismissed to balance the equation.
You really typed this nonsense?
When people were protesting for police reform after END SARS the same police are used to brutalize protesters. They don't even care to learn if this is in their favour.
Lol... Them no know two paces backwards... Even though them no teach them, them no fit learn am.😅
The tall guy even got the audacity to wear the lady’s pink blouse 👚 underneath his police shirt.
Good job keep up the great work 👍
what an embarrassment the lady who filmed them cashed over 90 thousand Dollars for the views of this video through the CZcams Monetization program, she will continue to earn so much money through clicks on this video, but these, men will not only have to struggle to feed their families but also their dependants. Bravo Africa! come 2024 AND YOU WILL TAKE 5 STEPS BACKWARDS
Give me money , Money , see where it ended you. Scapegoats
if it were to be a Nigeria citizen who filmed the same incident, would it have been the same sanction? I strongly doubt it
Job well done 👏 all African countries should be like this so that no officer will copy the same way
Unfortunately for Nigeria, only the Nigerian policemen asked money from Noraly. The rest of the policemen in other African countries just let her go after asking some questions.
Damn. I'm in the US military and if they stripped me of my rank and uniform in front of the camera and everybody else 1000% I would be humiliated for life.
Good job! Ghana Police and Dampare should take note 📝
From this day “dreaded kidnappers are born”
Lol 😂😂😂 money! Money! Money! Give me something 😂
These police officers didn’t even realised there is camera on the helmet 🪖 lol 😂
The DPO need to be giving quarry too . Na message wey them send them ,na him them do . Why this is bad is that . Thier give me money knows no boundaries. Foreigners haba !!
Kudos to them on this one, step by step you fix a country
Things were momentarily looking up for Nigeria up until recently when they arrested a woman for giving a negative review on a brand of tomato purée. Can’t make this stuff up.
Just dismissed? Someone who is supposed to spend a few years in jail

Do you poor people HONESTLY think those "cops" were dismissed?????? Seriously ?????
Good job, keep up the great work 👍
"We don't put up with corruption" while wearing what is probably a multi-thousand dollar watch.
That voice at the background, "They don't know that one"
OMG 😢😢 this is too much so sadden God😢😢, may God be their strength 😢

Corruption from top to button, from Abuja to the streets of Nigeria, corruption is leading
It was not extortion, but begging let's get it cleared
True, but still inappropriate.

What a circus! Every single person in that room is a clown.
Nigeria government keep increasing the cost of living but they won't increase salaries.
Why won't there be extortion and corruption ?
When last did government increas salaries but they increase the cost of living every two years.
The positive thing about that video is that not only were corrupt policemen caught extorting money from Noraly, the politicians also saw the sorry state of Nigerian roads. If not for the corruption incident, the Nigerian politicians might have not watched that video. Not only the Nigerian politicians, I'm sure that politicians from other African countries also saw their sorry roads. Hopefully, they will feel embarrassed enough to improve the road condition in their country.
Good to see this happen in Africa and wish they will become better and better.
I pray God would provide them a better means of income
Itchy Boots has two million subscribers and is watched by people all around the world including many thousands of people in Africa
I watched Noraly's video. He did ask for money, but didn't insist on it when she said no. They still let her go. I guess it's the point that they asked was enough to get them fired. This is nothing but virtue signaling and doesn't really accomplish much.
Give me money, evil guys.
Good job Nigeria police Ghana 🇬🇭 should learn from Nigeria
The shorter one in front has a very standard pace.
I expect tougher justice for the Nigerian princess who emailed me claiming she was going to put £65m into my bank account. I thought all my prayers had been answered and was really disappointed when i found out it was a scam! 😂😂😂
That's why Nigeria is not respected all over the world yet Nigeria the richest country in Africa 🌍.
Their time has come as 🇰🇪 says"" Siku za Mwizi ni arubaini"
They will be on duty again in a month, this isn't a theater only 😂
He who has no sin cast the first stone. If any of those who pronounced the judgement are free from such act may they be vindicated, if not so be it. Mans inhumanity to man. There's no law to guide the people. 😢😢😢
If bribery is a reason to dismiss a police man, there would no policeman in Nigeria
Fact ✍️
Big fish eating small fish the general who dismissed them i think he is the big curropt officer 😂😂
