I love your Breakdancing Simon, your head spins are perfect! I watch & learn from B-Boy DVDs & their's a B-Boy named Storm. He had such perfection it made me go back to breakdancing 10 Years later. Now i'm way older" I can try One More Time. I'm 55 but after watching this tutorial, I believe i can headspin like i use to. That was my life; I tell ya" I'm free when my world is involved in Work Outs, Dancing & Music. Your Very Blessed Simon..Keep Up the Great Work you do my Brother! God Bless ✝

This is extremely dangerous for newbies to try due to the pressure on the neck/cervical spine, especially if posture is bad to begin with and if they're overweight

      lol … no it’s not.
Don’t fear monger. I think claims like this that create fear or unnecessary barriers to entry for exercise have worse consequences that headstands.
Like all skills, approach the headstand is a gradual, progressive, and controlled manner and it’s perfectly safe for almost everyone. It’s also a great way to build strength and control of the neck reduce the risk of injury from other activities.

I haven't Head Spin or Breakdanced for 16 Years & im over weight & older now, but I can go back to Breakdancing & it will feel like i'm a newbie..but in 2 months it will come back.
If your overweight just go for your Power Walks" Have a Rest & Power Walk Again & Drink Plenty Water - No Coffee - No Sugar etc.. Then you can try Simons Headstand Slowly, you Will Get There 💪
      God Bless you.✝

umm..you really don't know what you are talking about. headstand and handstand for the record are 2 of the best fitness exercises you can learn to do, they also can and will improve your posture by doing them overtime.
The only instance when something could be extremely dangerous is if you already have a spinal problem that prevents you from doing it or have no previous expereince with handstands or balance in general and try to jump to learning 1 handed hops or something without having a base level of streanth or undestanding to begin with.
