Lost the tiny rubber ball that falls out when it comes apart. That’s why the pump wouldn’t work when you put it back together. I found mine under the couch and wasn’t sure if it was even a part but it now works after figuring out where it’s meant to go. Took me a while and very footery to work with!
I'm surprised you got inside the compressor, respect! I drive a mk2 myself and the amount of struggle I get with it is similar, but the sheer pleasure of starting the engine and driving compensates for it:) Good luck!
Congrats on the new place, the garage is a game changer. Yeah, pneumatic central locking has a certain charm , I retrofitted it to my golf and the "put put put" of it working never gets old. That auto tester thing looks handy.
Dear Endfloat, Congratulate for you, this video is very useful. I would like to ask where have to put the spring, what flew away in 22:57 seconds of the video. Thanks!
Man, thank u so much! Because of u I found that it was the fuse problem. Now I have my interior lights and the central lock back

I did actually find that and put it back in. It was the circuit board in the end.

WOW Nice new garage!!
Thanks! Yeah I'm pretty chuffed to be honest! 😎

Thanks! It'll take a while to get the garage kitted out but I'll get there. Oh and yes, get an auto test probe. They're the business.
I thought your “wall paper thru the letter box” comment was very funny and wonderful !
I crack myself up sometimes! :D
@@Endfloat If my 1992 Country had the cut out in the doors, I'd hire a child's hand. Alas no peak holes in later doors
Lovely innuendos here🤣
In-your-endo!
Dear Endfloat,
Congratulate for you, this video is very useful.

Thanks!
It goes under the oval metal plate with the rubber plunger and presses it up against the piece that moves left and right.
@@Endfloat Thanks for your helping 🙂
