Your sincerity is the most important part of your work. Thank you for staying true. This is very strong work because the photographs are well crafted yet humble with clear seeing. The river view with lines and flowing vibes was exquisite. Video is next level .
I really appreciate that my friend. Unfortunately, I think I will be able to get more images on this event - we are currently in a Flood Stage and Tornado Warning.
Great portraits. And you have no distortion with the 135 so close to the dog and her face. Beautiful!
Right? The lens performs really well
Nice video, Robbie. You lucked out with the girl and her dog. What a nice person she is. The portraits, taken in conjunction with the crops growing on either side were just so special in that soft light.
I appreciate it! It was perfect happenstance
Again... You so carefully navigated loss and hardship and made it something beautiful. The shot at 8:54 is incredible. Well done, Robbie. As usual...
Thank you my friend! :)
What a disaster there, Robbie. Great photography work. Thanks for sharing.👍👍
Thank you T
excellent as always robbie. you're so patient and i feel like it consistently pays off
Thank you so much George!
Great work, Robbie. Yep, living in Easthampton, I recognize those areas . Great portrait of the young lady and her pet. KB
Thanks KB! Still about 6 feet deep in that area
My goodness, so much damage from the flood. I thought you captured the spirit of that area very well w the portraits. Love them both but the one w the pup is precious. Stay safe.
Thank you so much!
Hands-down one of the best photographers on CZcams
Thank you so much Evan!
Those portraits are amazing, man. Big smile on my face at the end. Good job!
I really appreciate it!
Wow these photographs are so strong! Congrats to these and I wish the best for the people who’ve suffered damage🙏🏼
Thank you so much for the kind words, bud!
Excellent shots Robbie! That first portrait with her dog is beautiful! Love your work!
Aw thanks! I was nervous that one would have been super out of focus
I like that shot as well! I was actually thinking the same thing “I’d be scared this would be out of focus with a lower f stop” and you still managed to nail it. 👌🏼
Subscribed. Great video! It's important to document these wild weather changes and how it affects our lives. As we move further and further into the future, they will get worse and worse. And if you can make art while doing it - even better. Hopefully, we find a solution to this madness and one day your photos will be looked as a caution to future generations to be a better steward of the planet to avoid this happening again.
I appreciate that sentiment. I would hope for the same. Thanks for watching :)
Love the portraits and your documentary style of shooting.
Thank you Joe!
I love your approach to these subjects and I love your style of documenting them. I'd love for you to do a full-on photo book of work like this!
Thank you Corey! That is ultimately my end goal. Still putting the pieces together my friend
Outstanding Robbie, love the 4x5's.

The black and white image with the utility pole is fantastic, Well done :)

What an amazing video and impressive photos, liked especially the portraits! CZcams recommended so it´s my first time in your channel. I don´t know for how long you´ve been doing this, but with this quality, it seems to me that you are very underrated. Keep going!
New subscriber :)
Thank you so much! Very kind of you to say :)
Amazing work man. I love your stuff. I had been down (inspiration wise) lately. But seeing your videos has awaken the bug again. I’m thinking on getting an Intrepid so I can give a try to 4x5. Cheers man. Keep the good work. ✌🏻

The guy from the water, awsome!
I agree! Very good timing there
Robbie your video was great. But your steal photos are awesome!
Thanks!
Suppose you don't know the work of Mark Ruwedel. In that case, you may enjoy looking at his latest body of work/book about the Los Angeles River called "Rivers Run Through It," which has some aftermath images of the flooding from the atmospheric rivers they had in California with all sorts of detritus from river washed up into the branches of trees and such. Also, photographer Edward Burtynsky's film/photograph called "Waterworks" is a pretty expansive and in-depth look at how humans have altered water sources in many parts of the world.
I like everything you said so I will most definitely check out both of those bodies of work
first and second shot is amazing…
I appreciate it!
Great work but stay safe. I hear the it supposed to keep raining most of the week.
Yeah, it seems like its going to continue
Отлично! Молодец! )
Thanks!
Commenting to please the algorithm gods.
I greatly appreciate that lol
when was this?
Last week
This video is awesome. So pretty. But everyone needs to stop trying to force me to get a LF camera. I already have to cycle through my MF so they don't sit unused. Plus, my 3rd freezer is already completely full with 120/220/35mm/peel-apart.
Thank you! Ill do my best to make worse images to deter you lol
idk.. LF of my dogs and the NH/MA coast... I already have a 1. contax 645, 2. rz67, 3. fuji g690blp, 4. Mamiya afd645, 5. Mamiya df645, 6. Moskva 5, and a 7. 1951 Rollichord. There is currently film in 1/3/6/7 that I'm shooting, but I do have a Epson v850 not really doing anything and it can scan negatives up to 8x10. Kind of a shame just letting that sit there. Ugh! stop it!
