Imagine having entire court for yourself like that though. Age brings some benefits at the very least 😅 Try other stuff while having the court for yourself. You improve overall body condition by implementing explosive exercises. As much as you can, at least. Just a suggestion. Keep moving, stay strong 😊
Thanks. Definitely need to add some explosiveness, agility, and athleticism to my drills. I've gotten a little lazy about pushing myself when I "exercise."
